We've all seen and loved the Avengers in the Marvel movies and TV series. A ragtag group of heroes with different personalities and powers. Facing Earth's biggest threats, Marvel's premier group prevailed against every baddie they faced. And it's fair to say they did it in style!

However, it's an entirely new world in Marvel Snap. Gone are most of their powers, and it's up to you to get the best out of our heroes. With only Mana, Power, and Effect to work with, Earth's mightiest heroes have entirely different power levels compared to their big-screen counterparts. Today, we'll look at some of the best Avengers cards in Marvel Snap!

10 Peter Parker - Spider-Man

Ah yes, our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man has had his powers nerfed a bit in Marvel Snap. The web-slinging Peter Parker is often used in control decks to ensure victory in a certain location.

Spider-Man may not be the worst of the Avengers cards, but he's certainly one of the weaker ones. At four Mana and two power, Spider-Man prevents your opponent from playing a card next turn on the location he's dropped on. While a good effect, Professor X does the same thing but a tad better.

9 Captain Marvel

Considered by many the strongest Avenger, Captain Marvel is an iconic character. During the events of Infinity War, we all thought it was her who would swoop in and finish off Thanos. While that wasn't the case, her Marvel Snap counterpart does the theory justice.

At five Mana and six power, Captain Marvel moves to a location that wins you the game. This is an amazing effect as it gives you leeway during the end game (ha!) to flip the game on your opponent's head.

8 Hulk

The Avenger's self-proclaimed strongest member, the Hulk demolishes his opponents with nothing but his fists. Hulk was never the flashiest nor the most stylish hero in Marvel, but boy, was he strong. And the same sentiments ring true for his Marvel Snap card as well.

A basic six Mana and 12 power card, Hulk has no effects, unlike his peers. But, luckily for the big green monster, there are cards like Patriot and Jubilee that can make the most of his sheer power.

7 Falcon

Sam Wilson, a.k.a The Falcon, is one of the newer members of the Avengers. He might not possess the powers like some of the other Avengers, but he's got heart and a great sense of justice. Falcon usually comes down and saves civilians before joining fights.

At two Mana and three power, Falcon is already a well-statted card. On top of that, his ability to return one-cost cards to your hand gives you a way to re-play and get value from your early drops. Often paired with Beast in bounce decks, Falcon is one of the best cards in the game.

6 Scarlet Witch

Scarlet Witch has been in the spotlight for key Marvel projects like WandaVision and Multiverse of Madness. She's a troubled Avenger who just wants to be with her children. She'll stop at nothing to get what she wants, and that's her being reasonable.

In Marvel Snap, Wanda is a two Mana and three power card that changes the location on reveal. This is strong as it neutralizes locations with negative effects like the Big House. Scarlet Witch also counters powerful control cards like Magik and Storm.

5 Doctor Strange

Doctor Strange is one of the fan favorites thanks to his flashy powers, character development, and overall character design. The arrogant neurosurgeon turned Sorcerer Supreme has the ability to open portals amongst many other magical things.

In Marvel Snap, Strange is a three Mana and three power card that moves your strongest cards to his location. Of course, this card is slapped on Move Decks alongside Multiple Man, Heimdall, and many more. Strange is certainly one of the best cards in the game, that accounts for every other card we have.

4 Ant-Man

Whether it's Scott Lang or Hank Pym dawning the suit, Ant-Man is one of the most recognizable heroes in the comic book world. Thanks to the Pym particles, Ant-Man can shrink and grow in size at his will, giving him whatever means necessary to outmaneuver his foes.

In Marvel Snap, Ant-Man is a one Mana and one power card that gets +3 power if the location has three other cards. This is a strong effect as it gives you three Mana worth of stats during your first turn. Additionally, if paired with Kazar and Blue Marvel, becomes even stronger.

3 Thor

Thor is Asgard's prince and finest hero. Often seen wielding his trustee Mjolnir, Thor has a case for the most powerful and popular Avenger. And while the God of Thunder is still out finding his true self, we all know how strong he is even without his hammer.

Luckily in Marvel Snap, the two are together in one card. After a couple of buffs, Thor is now a powerful three Mana and four power card that shuffles Mjolnir to your deck. Mjolnir, on the other hand, gives Thor an additional six power on reveal. If paired with Odin, you get twice the Mjolnir and twice the power.

2 Captain America

The very first Avenger, Captain America is at the forefront of every Avengers movie and comic. Steve Rogers is easily one of the most recognizable characters in any media. The iconic vibranium shield is one of the best-designed weapons we have to date.

Much like his comic counterpart, Marvel Snap Captain America gives his peers additional power. In this case, Cap gives +1 power to all the other cards that share his location. This is strong if paired with cards like Iron Man and Onslaught.

1 Iron Man

Tony Stark is the man that launched the MCU with his debut film, Iron Man. The rich playboy captured the hearts of fans thanks to his charms, unrivaled confidence, and clever quips. And while his character might not make a return to the MCU, Iron Man is still one of the most popular characters to date.

In Marvel Snap, Iron Man is a five Mana and zero power card that doubles his location's total power. It is without a doubt the strongest Avenger card we have as it pairs nicely with the majority of the card pool. However, it's his effect combined with the likes of Devil Dinosaur, Mr. Negative, and Mystique that turns him from a great card to the best card in the game.
