Pre-orders for the PS4 version of Spider-Man: Miles Morales are live on PSN. For $49.99, you can secure a copy on Insomniac's latest web-slinging adventure ahead of its November 12th release while earning a few digital bonuses too.

Some of the bonuses a pre-order will net you include:

  •  A costume called the T.R.A.C.K. Suit designed by Javier Garrón, one of the artists behind the Miles Morales comics book series.
  • A to-be-announced special costume.
  • The Gravity Well Gadget - which apparently pulls enemies together, making it easier for you to beat the snot out of them.
  • Extra skill points to level up faster.

Additional details on the PS4 version of Spider-Man: Miles Morales are scarce at this time. The only gameplay demo shown thus far is from the PS5 version, and while beautiful, the game likely won't look that sharp on PS4. However, the official pre-order page does confirm that Spider-Man: Miles Morales on PS4 will support 4K resolutions if you're playing on a PS4 Pro. The trailer and screenshots on the pre-order page look identical to the PS5 promotional material, so take them with a grain of salt. It's hard to imagine that the next-generation console won't produce a significantly sharper game.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales is coming to PS4 the same day as the PS5 release. Which comes as a surprise considering the game was only announced as a cross-generation title recently. The only big difference between the two versions (that we know of) is that the game will use the DualSense controller's haptic feedback. The game isn't up for digital pre-order on PS5 right now, but that makes sense since the console itself isn't even out yet. The only way you can pre-order that version currently is to head over to a big box retailer, put money down on a physical copy, and pray that it arrives in your mailbox on November 12th
