Microsoft and Xbox love their controllers. Over the years we have had a plethora of great controllers and color designs from Xbox, and that doesn't look to be changing anytime soon. Microsoft announced two new controllers coming for the Xbox One. They are "Sport Blue" and "Night Ops Camo." The announcement came at Gamescom and fans of Xbox, and controllers, are excited.

Just days after PlayStation announced a few new controller colors, Microsoft did the same for the Xbox One. The most notable of the two new controllers are the Night Ops Camo Special Edition. The design and contrast of the Sport Blue controller is subtle and a nice addition to the Xbox controller family, but the Night Ops Camo really stands out.

The Night Ops Camo features a nice palette of various grey colors and subtle mixing of gold. It has a military urban look to it. The result is a beautiful design that is sure to please all fans of the Xbox and their controllers. It also features a slightly textured body which provides increased comfort and is easier to grip. The contrast gives off a rugged vibe that is perfect for your gaming needs.

As stated previously, Microsoft and Xbox place a lot of emphasis on their special edition controllers. The various assortment of controllers for the Xbox One are an interesting way to  set themselves apart from Sony and the PlayStation who put more focus on special edition consoles than controllers for the most part.

Both the Sport Blue and Night Ops Camo will retail for $70 dollars and are available for pre-order now. They will officially be released on October 8th. Hardcore fans are sure to add these controllers to their ever expanding collection of Xbox controllers and if you haven't upgraded your controller from the one that came with your console, now would be a great time to do so. Grab the Night Ops Camo Special Edition and fight your way to victory, hiding in plain sight while you do.
