Artwork and a game description for the highly anticipated University-themed expansion pack for The Sims 4 appear to have been leaked via a game listing on the Microsoft Store on Xbox One.

Late last night, Instagram user @asairi_art_gallery and Twitter user @CaptureTheCosmo posted video clips and images, respectively, of The Sims 4 Discover University Expansion Pack found on the Xbox One's Microsoft Store. In addition to the seemingly official-looking cover art for the pack, the listing also included a description of the game:

Preorder now to hit the books and show your school spirit in The Sims 4 Discover University Expansion Pack, where Sims enroll in school, explore collegiate experiences, and enjoy extracurricular activities. Take classes that set your Sims up for success in engineering, education, or law careers. Discover robotics and ping-pong, plus make some mischief pulling pranks against the rival school. Study hard, sleep in, and high-five the school mascot - just make sure to keep those grades up!

According to screenshots of the description, the new pack will introduce a new world called Britechester, where students can enroll in either The University of Britechester or the Foxbury Institute, attend a variety of different academic classes, interact with Sims through new social opportunities, and customize and decorate their dorm room. The screenshots also list that the expansion pack will be released on December 17, 2019, for the Xbox One.

Sims fans have been eagerly awaiting a university-themed expansion pack, ever since last month when rapper Beau Young Prince tweeted a cryptic reply that seemingly confirmed fans' speculations about a college-centered expansion. Those rumors were even furthered after popular retailer Target leaked what appeared to be an official listing for the pack on with a release date of November 15. Though the Target and the Xbox One dates are about a month apart, this probably due to separate release dates for a PC/Mac version and a console version.

Despite this collective and ostensibly accurate evidence, Sims game publisher EA has yet to officially announce a university-themed expansion pack for The Sims 4, let alone confirm its release date. Given all these listings, however, it seems fans might only have to hold on a little bit longer before they can send their Sims off to get a college education.
