How Did We Get Here?

To achieve this advancement, you will need to have every status effect applied to you at the same time.

This advancement is a bit difficult to get, considering the wide range of sources for every status effect. If your goal is to get this advancement, then you will need to do some serious planning. Below, let's go over a few tips to achieve 'How Did We Get Here?'. Keep in mind, this advancement is hidden, meaning that you will not be able to view it until it's completed.

  • If an effect is available in potion form, make it. For example, rather than searching for Wither Skeleton or summoning the Wither, just use a Potion of Decay.
  • Several status effects can be applied with a beacon, so be sure to make one.
  • Gather the necessary mobs beforehand. For example, find a dolphin for Dophin's Grace and an Elder Guardian for Mining Fatigue prior to applying all the status effects.
  • Position yourself near a village so you can get both Hero of the Village and Bad Omen.

That's all there is to know about every status effect in Minecraft. Helpful status effects from potions are beneficial to your survival in the world, so don't forget to craft a brewing stand and make some potions.
