Talk about anklebiters - or maybe "anklestabbers" is more apt here. See, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord was struck with a glitch that let players press R to turn their characters into bloodthirsty toddlers with the strength of adults. The reason remains unknown, but do we really need one?

Having the game released in Early Access always means there will be some stuff that's not completely ironed out, but how this glitch came to be (and who forgot to take it out before the game launched) remains completely unclear. Let's face it, the odds of this happening by mistake are extremely low, so it's safe to assume it was an inside joke during the game's development that carried over, to the delight of many players.

The babies were quickly patched out (boo), but everyone who figured out that they could simply press R to access this amazing feature (because it's certainly not a bug) had the time of their life with it. There's also the fact that shields protected you completely, from head to toe, because you're tiny.

For now, all we can do is watch YouTube videos of the feature, and hope some smart people in the community will figure out how to do this again for all who found out about this way too late. Maybe in time for the next April's Fools day?
