Set boosters for Phyrexia: All Will Be One will include the chance for a Universes Within card, which could mean that either The Walking Dead's or Street Fighter's crossovers are finally getting in-Magic-universe reprints.

Earlier this year, Wizards debuted a new type of reprint to the Magic: The Gathering universe - Universes Within. Although reprints are fairly common in MTG, Universes Within specifically deal with the Universes Beyond crossovers, taking the attributes of those cards and stripping them of their crossover elements. So far, we've only seen Universes Within versions of the Stranger Things set, but it appears that more could be on the way within Set boosters for Phyrexia: All Will Be One.

Listings for the Phyrexia: All Will Be One set on the Wizards Play network site show that the Set Booster has a 25 percent chance to include a card from "The List". The List essentially acts as a back-catalogue of cards from MTG's past, although the Phyrexia: All Will Be One Set Booster is notable for also including the chance for a Universes Within card.

The description for the Set Booster reads, "Each Phyrexia: All Will Be One Set Booster contains 12 Magic cards, 1 Art Card, and 1 token/ad card or card from “The List” (a special card from Magic's history or Universes Within card—found in 25% of packs)."

Although there's a chance that the Universes Within cards are just the Stranger Things ones we saw earlier this year, it seems more likely that it's actually referring to a new Universes Beyond set getting the de-crossover treatment. Wizards has previously said that Universes Within cards will only be made for mechanically unique sets that originated from a Secret Lair, ruling out Fortnite, Arcane, and the Warhammer decks.

This means that the two most likely candidates to get their own Universes Within reprint are Street Fighter and The Walking Dead. Out of the two, The Walking Dead seems most likely as Mark Rosewater has said there were plans for Walking Dead as recently as last month, and the official policy for Universes Beyond is to reprint Universes Within versions at least six months after the original versions,

It's particularly notable if The Walking Dead set does get its own line of Universe Within cards, as MTG players have been asking for it for years. There was originally no promise that Wizards would reprint the set, but Rick, Steadfast Leader is a strong mono-white Human tribal Commander, so MTG players have been looking for a Universes Within reprint of him for some time.
