Chinese battle royale hit Naraka Bladepoint is heading to Xbox Series X/S and Game Pass. During today's Xbox and Bethesda games showcase it was also announced that the title will have an all-new campaign mode for the platform. It will launch June 23.

Naraka Bladepoint, which is set in classical and fantasy Chinese settings, is different from many battle royales in that it emphasises traditional martial arts weapons instead of guns, although ranged and explosive weapons are still on offer.

"Having carved out a name for itself on PC in 2021 and recently reached a 10 million player milestone, the extremely popular action battle royale Naraka: Bladepoint is finally making its way to Xbox Series X/S and will be unleashed with Xbox Game Pass on June 23", Naraka Bladepoint's marketing manager Raylan Kwan said, on the Xbox blog. You can watch a trailer for the upcoming Xbox Series X/S title below:

In Naraka Bladepoint 60 players are thrust into the action, and the title combines frantic melee action with parkour movement as players grapple and scale their way through the map. The game can be played solo or in co-op. Xbox Series X/S players will also get to experience a new weapon: the dual blades.

New as well is a campaign mode with teams of three taking on new enemies and bosses in "exhilarating scenarios". The devs say this is "the beginning of a new chapter for Naraka: Bladepoint, with new and exciting campaign chapters arriving in the future".

Xbox Series X/S players can get stuck in on June 23 as it arrives on Game Pass. Xbox One players can also look forward to Naraka: Bladepoint coming later this year.
