Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars is out now on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC platforms. And while the Switch lacks trophy support, those other two bits of hardware have it in spades (albeit with the small caveat that they're called achievements on Steam, yes).

Fast-paced hack-and-slash RPGs are premium fare for trophy-hunters, with their adrenaline-fueling combat pushing folks ever-onward toward that beautiful platinum prize. But even if you're more of a casual chaser, Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars is a great choice to stretch your gaming know-how to new levels. Many of its trophies are relatively simple to obtain once you've gotten the gist of things, so we'll make sure you're prepped and ready.

The Right to Strike and Leave!	Bronze	Number of defeated enemies reached 500.	You'll be replaying stages often enough while grinding to hit this with relative ease.
Final Secret Art! Shinobi Extreme!	Bronze	Activated Shinobi Extreme with all characters.	Since Shinobi Extreme is a mechanic you will trigger regularly, this should pop as soon as you've used every character at least one time.
The True Charm of Ninja Weapons	Bronze	Gave an enemy a status effect with a Ninja Weapon 10 times.	Seek out equipment and Spirit Gems that coat your weapons with debuffs if needed.
Chaining Ninja Arts	Bronze	Connected Ninja Art Trigger to the end with any character.	All this means is that you finish a Ninja Art combo. This should unlock very early on for you.
Mysterious Spirit Gems	Bronze	Synthesized a Spirit Gem for the first time.	One might think this is automatic, but approximately one in three PS4 players has never gotten this trophy. Just head to the Spirit Gem synthesis screen and try your luck.
Synergies of Mysterious Spirit Gems	Bronze	Activated a Spirit Gem bonus for the first time.	That said, almost everybody who has attained the former trophy has grabbed this as well. Go for the 'Box' (four-gem) setup, it's the easiest to achieve.
Mysterious Spirit Gems Went All Out!	Bronze	Maxed the level of a Spirit Gem.	This probably shouldn't be a Bronze Trophy, if we're being honest. There's nothing tricky involved in obtaining this, but it's quite time-consuming. Just keep at it.
This is Fuurinkazan Drive!	Bronze	Used all 4 types of the Fuurinkazan Drive.	Give each of the four elemental Fuurinkazan a whirl after you have unlocked this cool gameplay mechanic in an early stage. You'll have your favorites, but you only need to dabble in the rest just the once.
Ultimate Ninja	Bronze	The level of any character became 50.	Self-explanatory, but like 'Mysterious Spirit Gems Went All Out', it will take a while.
Chuunin Level	Bronze	Used skills 100 times.	You'll very likely snag this just from playing the story.
Jounin Level	Bronze	Used skills 500 times.	There's a not-inconsiderable chance you'll get this from the story as well, but you'll surely have it from messing around in free dungeons otherwise.
No Ninja Duties for Me!	Bronze	Entered free dungeon mode 10 times.	You can simply enter and then exit free mode dungeons until this pops to save time.
First Meditation!	Bronze	Cleared Peaches & Cream Meditation with any character.	This includes the lowest difficulty mode, so if you're only interested in the trophy, there's no reason to overexert yourself.
The Swaying's Destination	Bronze	Cleared "Hard" difficulty of Peaches & Cream Meditation.	On the other hand, there's this one!
Ask Us For Anything!	Silver	Reached 50 percent completion in all requests.	Put another way, you get this trophy for finishing half of Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars' sidequests.
Be Punished! In the Name of Shinobi!	Silver	Number of defeated enemies reached 1000.	You're unlikely to get this if you're rushing through the game, but spend enough time replaying stages and it's a cinch.
It's All About Peaches & Cream!	Silver	Cleared Peaches & Cream Meditation with all characters.	Engage in the minigame once with each character and try not to get the song lyrics stuck in your head. (Note: That was a joke.)
Sneaking Around Everywhere	Silver	Travel distance reached 10,000m.	You could, feasibly, just run around in circles a bunch if you wanted to get this as soon as possible. We're not saying you should, but you could.
My Income Isn't Stealthy!	Silver	Total held money reached 1,000,000 Nin.	It will take a fair bit of grinding, but that's really all it will take.`
Treasure of the Ninja!	Silver	Opened all the treasure boxes.	If you're busy replaying stages in free mode and the like, you will have an unlimited amount of time to locate every treasure box, so don't sweat it and take your time.
And So the War Continues	Gold	Brought the Super Ninja War to an end.	Unlocked automatically (after beating the game).
Ninja Duties Complete	Gold	Completed all requests from the Kumotsu Shrine.	Finishing 100 percent of the game's NPC requests is necessary for this. More tiring than challenging.
Survival from the Yomi	Gold	Complete all of Yomi Training.	Receive this from completing the postgame content. It's pretty good odds that this will be among the very last trophies you obtain before the platinum.
Nep Nep! Ultimate Ninja Master!	Platinum	Proof that you've played through Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars. Thank you for saving Gamninjustri!	As is customary, the platinum trophy is rewarded for acquiring every other trophy in the game.

Beyond Styles and The True Worth of Mysterious Spirit Gems

Lastly, we have a pair of particularly persnickety little trophies that have a dubiously low acquisition rate for a reason. Here's how to make these elusive silvers yours.

Beyond Styles

More often than not, we've found that players struggle more with the wording of this trophy's description than the requisite feat itself. The description is thus: "Connected Ninja Art Trigger to the end with all characters." But to what end? The way it sounds, you're looking to reach the final stage of Ninja Art Trigger for every party member. However, not everyone has what we'd consider a "final stage."

Don't let the fine print fool you. This isn't as hard as it sounds. Your only true requirement here is to deplete the full bar. Combinations don't matter, nor do status inflictions or any other secondary quality. What matters is that you begin your action with a maxed-out Ninja Art Trigger and use it all up in one bout. Most importantly of all, it doesn't even matter if you use the same art multiple times, which is how to bypass conventional worries entirely.

The True Worth of Mysterious Spirit Gems

This trophy is, in essence, the ultimate test of your skills with the Spirit Gem Grid in Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars. You need to fill the board entirely with gems of the same color category.

That's it. Again, it's not the worst thing in the world after all; it's just the phrasing that can throw folks off for good. If you don't have enough gems of the color you've chosen (Attack is probably the best of the bunch for its bonus effect, by the way) then visit the market and spend some hard-earned Nin until you do!
