We're in the homestretch, and Cyberpunk 2077 is still slated for a December 10 release. With that date just a few weeks away, CD Projekt Red is ramping up the game's marketing campaign, starting with a new ad on Twitter.

It doesn't offer us much new content – just a look at some driving, first-person combat, and a strip club – but claims Cyberpunk 2077 will be a "next generation" open-world adventure and that you'll be able to "immerse yourself" in the upcoming game. It's a bit of a strange ad, but we're excited for it, nonetheless. Viewers have spotted the ad on Twitter and even on some TV networks. You can check out the 14-second clip below:

In just a few days, CDPR will be airing Episode 5 of Night City Wire, this time diving into the backstory of Johnny Silverhand. We'll also get to learn more about the music of Cyberpunk 2077 and the decision-making process that went into crafting its soundtrack. And, in a wild twist, it turns out Silverhand's voice actor and character model – Keanu Reeves – is canon to the world of Cyberpunk.

Senior Quest Designer for CDPR, Patrick Mills, when asked about the Keanu Reeves reference from an in-game music track, said "The KR lyric is lore-friendly. It's an in-universe cultural reference to KR, a little known Collapse-era actor who bore an uncanny resemblance to Johnny Silverhand."

Silverhand makes a brief appearance in Cyberpunk 2077's latest ad, but he's expected to play a huge role in the game's main story. Tune in on November 19 to learn more about the character, or wait until the game's released on December 10 to go hands-on and discover his secrets for yourself.
