Rocksteady has shared the key art for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, promising more information to come at DC FanDome.

The key art was Tweeted out on the official Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League Twitter account and acts as our first real update on the game since its announcement. Gotham Knights did a similar thing last month by releasing the key art through Twitter to hype up the FanDome appearance.

As for the key art itself, it shows Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, King Shark, and Deadshot stood in a circle looking down at the floor, whilst the game's logo sits between them. It doesn't reveal anything new about the game, but it does give us a slightly better look at each character and, most importantly, proves that the game is still alive and kicking. Honestly, it mostly just looks like all of the characters are standing on you.

One interesting detail that can be spotted in the key art is that Harley is wielding a cricket bat with barbed wire wrapped around it, as opposed to the baseball bat that we usually see her with, which is also what she was wielding in the game's original reveal trailer. Whether this is teasing some sort of customisation for character weapons or simply just a change in design isn't clear, but it's an interesting change.

Rocksteady has promised to show off Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League at DC FanDome on October 16.
