Last night, Brazilian football superstar Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior pulled off an impressive ace while streaming CS:GO on Twitch. His short 2.5 hour broadcast has already gathered nearly 2 million views at the time of writing, not even one full day later.

Unsurprisingly, the world-renowned athlete was able to transfer his competitive drive over to Counter Strike: Global Offensive as he managed to kill all 5 opposing players in a single round. The clip itself has just under 200,000 views and landed itself at the top of Reddit's notorious "LivestreamFail" section. It's not a flawless performance, but Neymar definitely turned it on when presented with the perfect flank.

Sneaking up behind the opposition on the map Inferno, Neymar got the best look he could ask for — and took full advantage of it. The Brazilian footballer immediately used his USP to take out the two closest opponents, ducking back into the hallway for cover as he safely reloaded. Neymar then calmly skirmished the next pair, winning the risky volley and leaving only one foe alive. Feeling confident, he pushed the last player and managed to secure the last hit on them, letting out a yell. In the spirit of true showmanship, Neymar quickly turned on some tunes and concluded the glorious play with a victory dance.

He also showed that he is keeping up with what's hot on the platform, considering he played Among Us for a chunk of the short stream. This isn't the first time a celebrity has been able to successfully translate their talent to video games, either. For instance, Zedd developed a reputation for his Valorant skills ever since his Twitch debut back in April. Additionally, T-Pain has consistently demonstrated his talent as an entertainer on the platform, diving into just about everything with his content.

According to TwitchTracker, Neymar's stream yesterday was his first, at least throughout all of 2020. The accomplished athlete pulled in ridiculous numbers right out of the gate. If statistics are any indication, fans would be over-the-moon to see more of Neymar on Twitch.
