Nintendo has just announced that the third entry in their Labo series of gaming kits will be available in a few months time. The next Labo set will be based on vehicles and will come packaged with a unique game that will allow you to drive, dive, and fly across the world.

The Nintendo Labo: Vehicle Kit will allow the player to create a steering wheel & pedal for a car, a joystick that you can use to fly a plane, and a set of gears that you can use to turn the engines on a submarine.

The latest Labo Kit comes with a physical copy of the new game that you use with the three control methods, as well as the components you need to create them, including sheets of cardboard, string, and rubber bands.

The game that comes with the Nintendo Labo: Vehicle Kit allows the player to drive around in a car, a plane, and a submarine. It seems like there is a mode where you can explore an island, with the ability to switch between all three modes of play by pressing a button and using the last piece of the kit: the Toy-Con Key.

The Toy-Con Key contains one of the Joy-Cons and it is intended to be quickly removed from one of the three vehicles and inserted into another so that the player can quickly switch between modes of play.

The game also seems to include minigames using the vehicles, such as golf, races, and soccer with the car and searching for underwater treasure in the submarine.

The trailer for the game also showed several customization options for the vehicles, which makes sense, considering that's what the Labo line is all about.

It's pretty easy to guess that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will receive an update that will allow the player to use the Toy-Con Car & Pedal as a means of controlling the game. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has already received one update that allows the player to use the Toy-Con Bike when riding one of the motorcycles in the game.

We have been promised more content updates for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe going forward, and Toy-Con Car compatibility will almost certainly be one of them.

The Nintendo Labo Vehicle Kit will be available on September 14th for $69.99.
