No Man's Sky has changed immensely since its launch. During that time, it wasn't even realistically possible to bump into another player. Compare that to today's multiplayer functions, the new VR capabilities, and 'Beyond'; the progress is astounding. But, with progress comes endless bugs and therefore bug fixes.

'Beyond' is the 2.0 update for No Man's Sky. This update sought to bring more features, new gameplay elements, and fix any lingering bugs. The latest patch, 2.11 introduced even more bug fixes and assures all systems are a go.

Given the deluge of bug fixes, it is apparent that Hello Games is listening intently to player concerns and cares about their in-game experience. To that end, they have been diligent in ironing out even the finest of kinks and are dedicated to constantly enhancing the gameplay. It's a great sign that these updates are rolled out on a consistent basis and that they address dozens of the issues brought up by players.

The developers have made leaps and bounds with No Man's Sky since the game's humble beginnings when it was a simple atmospheric exploration title, with little more to do than log new species, mine, loot, and enjoy the beautiful graphics. It was a simple life for a galactic explorer, one that has bloomed into an ever-expanding universe full of new encounters and possibilities. There is no doubt that this ship is headed for great destinations and we are excited about its infinite future!
