Watching Streams To Collect Your Rewards
To collect the exclusive Twitch Drops you'll need to watch an eligible stream. You can find for these by viewing the No Man's Sky Twitch directory and looking for streams with the tag Drops Enabled.
All you need to do now is sit back and enjoy the content, enough to pass the drop milestones. Drops usually start at 15 minutes for things like decals, and can go up to three hours for rewards like ships or multi-tools.
Don't worry though, you won't lose your progress on the longer milestones if you leave a stream — just head back into an eligible stream and it'll carry on from where you left off.
Before you think you'll cheat the system by watching multiple streams at the same time, this won't work as you'll only be eligible for drops on one stream at a time.
Collecting Your In Game Rewards
Your rewards should be accessible as soon as you've received the notification from Twitch. Then, all you need to do is head to the Quicksilver Synthesis Companion in the Space Anomaly.
To summon the Space Anomaly you'll need to have established your first planetary base and then travel back into space. If you were already logged into the game, make sure to log out and back in, so the rewards are accessible.
