The gameplay of Outriders is one of the best things about the game. Although a lot of the players' experience has been dampened because of the game's server issues and the number of bugs that plague the game, when the game is working properly, it is such a masterful experience. One thing that brings this about is the amazing array of guns that the game offers.
In the game, there are legendary weapons the players can farm for. These weapons work so much better than the other weapons in the game. Although the efficacy of most legendary weapons will depend on your build and the class you chose at the beginning of the game, a lot of them are straight-up overpowered from the get-go.

That can make it a bit more fun, but also pretty tough, especially when they're all so awesome! Nevertheless, some guns just stand out among the rest and will make you feel like the badass you're meant to be playing as. The following list has been updated to include even more weapons to choose from and more information regarding the best guns found in the game.
15 The Iceberg (Bolt Action Rifle)
This awesome bolt action rifle can really change the game if you're playing with another person or you need a little crowd control without putting yourself in danger.
Once you get hold of it it'll have the Winter Blast mod. This mod enables you to freeze enemies within a four-meter radius of you, so long as you hit with a critical shot. Although that shouldn't be too hard with a scope like that. Aim to get the Icebreaker: mod so you can make those frozen enemies explode too.
14 Master Tool (Assault Rifle)
Assault rifles are perfect for huge crowds and people who love getting into the thick of it. However, while that's a lot of fun, it can land you in some pretty difficult situations where you're surrounded or you need to just take a break from the thousands of bullets with your name on it.
Not only does the Master Tool look incredible but it comes with the Dome of Protection mod. Now, depending on the class you chose at the beginning of the game, you might already have something similar in your skills. But this gun will help you whether you have that skill or not. Dome of Protection summons a bullet-stopping dome for five seconds once you kill someone. It can save your life and may even open up space for another skill.
13 Thunderbird (Assault Rifle)
This legendary weapon is as powerful as it looks. It can be perfect for any player who wants to do a little spray and pray while still managing to down a considerable amount of enemies as they go. However, with the addition of its mod, you'll feel like much more than a simple soldier.
Thunderbird comes with a mod called, Ultimate Storm Whip. This makes your shots call a bolt of lightning down on an enemy which does an incredible amount of damage depending on your level. It happens often and can be really useful when you need that extra bit of damage on that pesky boss.
12 Golem's Limb (Shotgun)
Golem's Limb is one of the best shotguns you can get, mostly due to its power, but mainly due to the incredible mod it grants you.
Since the shotgun is mostly close-up, you can often get into some pretty tough and stressful situations when enemies start swarming in. So having the Golem's Limb shotgun by your side will be a life-saver. It comes with a mod called Golem Rising which gives you a protecting golem effect for up to three seconds! It can and will save your life if you use this legendary weapon.
11 Grim Marrow (Light Machine Gun)
Grim Marrow is easily one of the most interesting guns when it comes to its looks. It's really a love or hate kind of gun, but no one can deny it looks badass. That being said, this light machine gun can pack a ridiculous punch at higher levels and when combined with the mod it gives you you'll feel like Rambo every time you shoot.
Grim Marrow comes with the Singularity Mod which allows killing shots to create an Anomaly singularity. Destroy that anomaly and it will deal a ton of damage depending on your level to all enemies within a 6.5-meter radius, wiping out a good chunk of monsters so you can focus on that boss.
10 Torment & Agony (Pistol)
Pistols are a very underrated weapon in this game, but they should always be considered given they will always be your last resort. For your pistol, you might as well use the best one in the game.
The Torment & Agony legendary pistols are an incredible pair. Equipping this weapon will essentially have you whipping out two pistols at once. It also comes with the Judgment Enforcer mod which marks every enemy you shoot, causing them to receive 5 times more damage after you reload. The second mod will allow you to cause a shockwave each time you reload, which deals damage to nearby enemies. These mods are good for close-ranged players such as Devastators and Tricksters.
9 Amber Vault (Double Gun)
The Amber Vault is a legendary Double Gun. If you prefer using double guns in this game, this is the weapon you should wield. Its armor pierce bonus is 13%, the close-range damage bonus is 7%, and healing received bonus is 8.16%.
This gun's damage will increase by 30% with every killing shot because of its Killing Spree mod. This damage buff will last for a total of 30 seconds. What's even more incredible is that this stacks up to up to five kills. The other mod, the Brain-Eater, will save ammo every time you manage a critical shot.
8 Time Ripper (Assault Rifle)
The Time Ripper is a powerful piece of weaponry. It provides a 23.3% critical damage, 21.7% status power, and 3.25% skills life leech.
This weapon's Ultimate Stiffening mod will inflict slow on enemies. Considering how speedy some enemies can be, this mod is one of the most useful ones for you. This will also allow you to make critical hits so much easier.
7 The Reaper (Light Machinegun)
The Reaper light machine gun not only looks fantastic, but it also hits incredibly hard. It has a weapon life leech bonus is 23.3%, a 12% close range damage, and a 12% healing received.
The Ultimate Weakening Bullets mod ensures that every single bullet you fire inflicts weakness on enemies. It only has a cooldown of one second. It also comes with the Death Chains mod, which entangles enemies with chains with every shot.
6 Aerie Master (Pump Action Shotgun)
The Aerie Master pump-action shotgun is very good to use if you prefer to deal with enemies up close. It has a critical damage bonus of 12.8%, a close-range damage bonus of 7%, and a 6.5% bonus in healing received.
This weapon comes with the Weightlessness mod, which fires bullets that inflicts Time Rift on enemies. This will lift them into the air for five seconds, allowing you more than enough time to take them out. The other mod will increase your critical damage by 15%. These mods could be beneficial for Tricksters.
5 The Migraine (Submachine Gun)
The Migraine submachine gun is one of the most absurd-looking weapons in the game, but it sure does pack a punch. Its weapon bonus stats are 12.8% on critical damage, 1.17% on skills life leech, and 6% on close-range damage.
This weapon's mods are the perfect combination that complements the way this weapon looks. The Ultimate Bleeding Bullets will make enemies bleed with every shot, while the Bomb's Ahead mod will make enemies explode.
4 Rarog's Gaze (Rifle)
Rarog's Gaze is another legendary rifle that you should check out if you want to get rid of enemies before they even get close to you. It comes with a long-range damage bonus of 6.5%, critical damage bonus of 11%, and a 16.2% increase in status power.
This weapon's Weakness Trap mod will provide you with shots that cause explosions. Not only will this deal damage but it will also inflict weakness on enemies within a five-meter radius. The other mod will make your shots burn enemies. These mods could be good for Pyromancers.
3 The Landlubber (Bolt Action Rifle)
The Landlubber bolt action rifle looks something out of an old western film, albeit a little bit more elegant and sophisticated. On top of its gorgeous design, this weapon is also very explosive, literally speaking. It also comes with a 23.3% bonus on critical damage, 3% on life leech, and 8.67% on long-range damage.
This weapon comes with the Legendary Minefield and Fireworks mod. These mods will make your shots cause explosions that damage enemies within a radius. The former mod will also make your critical shots cause explosions, which will also inflict Toxic on enemies hit.
2 Molten Eidola (Rifle)
In this game, it is sometimes wiser to deal with enemies from afar. This is where rifles come in. The Molten Eidola is a legendary rifle that you should use for this tactic. The weapon increases your critical damage by 21.7%, healing received by 13%, and long-range damage by 12%.
This weapon comes with the Ravenous Locust mod, which is exactly as crazy and awesome as it sounds. With this mod, your shots will create a swarm of locusts that damages and weakens enemies.
1 Funeral Pyre (Automatic Shotgun)
If you want to know how epic feels like or be the harbinger of it, then the Funeral Pyre automatic shotgun should be perfect for you. This weapon comes with a 23.3% critical damage bonus, 8.67% close-range damage bonus, and 13% bonus on healing received.
This weapon's greatest strength is the Shadow Comet mod. With this mod, you'll be able to summon a comet with each shot, which deals a ton of damage to enemies within a radius. This ability comes with a three-second cooldown.
