Doomfist as Saitama definitely tracks. Where Fortnite has crossed over with Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, and My Hero Academia, Overwatch 2's crossover event will feature the most powerful superhero ever: One-Punch Man."100 pushups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10-kilometer run! Every single day!" Blizzard wrote in its season 3 announcement today. "We’re excited to announce that we’ve been working with Japanese Anime One-Punch Man on our first-ever major IP collaboration for Overwatch 2 to bring One-Punch Man skins and cosmetics to the game this season!"Related: Overwatch Players Debate Who Has The Best Origin StoryThe Overwatch slash One-Punch Man crossover will last one month and begins May 7. Besides the Doomfist-as-Saitama skin (which seems like the most obvious choice, given their preference for ending conflicts with punches), the collaboration will also bring a collection of other cosmetics that can be earned through challenges, including one Legendary skin. Each item will be revealed before the May 7 launch date, so be sure to stay tuned to Overwatch's official social media channels.

Season 3 of Overwatch 2 begins tomorrow with a new map, a new battle pass, quality-of-life and balance changes, as well as updates to progression that will provide players with more rewards more often. There are 10 additional tiers of rewards to be unlocked on the free track of the battle pass, 1,500 earnable credits to be spent in a newly-expanded Hero Gallery, and prices of Legendary skins have been lowered to match the number of credits you get as a free player.

We also have details of the upcoming Valentine's Day event. From February 13 to 28, the Ultimate Valentine event brings a Hanzo 4v4 game mode and support-themed challenges where you can earn two epic skins. There's also the new Loverwatch dating simulator that arrives February 13 that will let you date either Mercy or Genji, depending on your choices. Frankly, not having Roadhog as one of the dating options is just abysmally poor decision-making on Blizzard's part, but maybe we'll get him next year. Also, if you play through Loverwatch to the end, you can unlock a themed POTG Highlight.
