While fans won't be able to enjoy Overwatch League homestands, that doesn't mean the League won't be showcasing its game this season. With the rescheduled matches, fans all around the globe will still be able to watch their favorite teams face off in remotely played matches, streamed on YouTube and MLG.

With the current standings and the changes to the schedule, the League is still a big question mark when it comes to standings. Although teams like Philadelphia Fusion have definitely showed their claws, there are any number of match ups and individual plays that still remain to be seen. Going forward, here are ten players definitely worth watching simply based on their performance so far this season.

10 Sinatraa

Last year's MVP Sinatraa continuous to have some of the most solid DPS performance in all of Overwatch League. He's become particularly famous for his plays on Doomfist and Tracer, but he's also shown himself to be capable of flexing to other heroes when necessary.

Although his team San Francisco Shock has had a lukewarm start at best in the League this year, he hasn't lost his spark just yet.

9 Nenne

New York Excelsior started this season with a surprisingly sloppy performance. With Saebyeolbe on DPS, the team wasn't exactly primed for victory during a Mei and McCree composition. Thankfully, Nenne and Libero stepped in as a DPS duo.

Nenne's performance on McCree in particular this season hasn't let anyone cold, and there's a good chance he can show New York the way to victory, provided he has Libero by his side.

8 Fissure

A controversial figure and yet a player without parallel, Fissure has made his return this season in the Vancouver Titans lineup. Known for being an assertive figure both in good and bad, he might just be the force needed to bring Vancouver to victory.

Fissure's start on tank this season has been truly solid, as seen in the initial games. While Vancouver hasn't played much, it's safe to assume Fissure won't be disappointing when put on main tank.

7 Twilight

Twilight was among the most highly rated support players in the League last year, and for a good reason. He was able to support his team all the way to the grand finals as an unparalleled flex support.

Known for his incredibly clean gameplay on Ana, he's joined this season by his greatest inspiration Ryujehong, who was among the best Ana players in the first season of the League. Hopefully, we'll see the apprentice become the master this year, as Vancouver progresses.

6 Gesture

Formerly a powerhouse within the London Spitfire, Gesture was transferred over to represent Seoul Dynasty this year. While Dynasty has only played a few games so far against largely inferior teams, hopes are high for this player.

Even though Spitfire didn't quite make the cut last season, everyone remembers how it was able to snatch the grand finals during the first season, no less thanks to the efforts of Gesture's incredible tank plays.

5 Jjonak

The first initial matches of the Excelsior had fans deeply worried for the future of the team this season. Some even theorized that the MVP of the first year himself, Jjonak, was losing his touch with the game. However, the team has been slowly bringing itself back with impressive discipline.

Jjonak especially has shown himself to be willing to adapt. As the meta evolves, his true flexibility will be tested, but it will also allow him to flex his muscles on key heroes like Zenyatta and Ana, which make him a ferocious opponent.

4 Xzi

One of the most competitive roles in OWL teams tend to be DPS players, as organizations are constantly looking for the next big thing. Xzi is proof that the next generation of damage players has arrived, as he's a rookie joining the league this year from Contenders.

Xzi's performance in the ranks of Paris Eternal has been incredibly to say the least, and so far he might just be among the top 5 Widowmaker players in the entire League.

3 Alarm

Another rookie in the League, Alarm joined Philadelphia Fusion this season and has set a new standard for flex supports across the board. His performance on Ana in particular is currently among the most solid ones in the League.

It's undoubtedly thanks to his efforts and his synergy with FunnyAstro, that Fusion has been able to dominate so mercilessly.

2 Carpe

There's no question about who the king of the Overwatch League in terms of sheer mechanical skill and damage. Carpe may have been invisible last year due to the lack of hitscan being played, but this season he's unleashed his full potential.

Carpe's clutch plays on Widowmaker in particular have left fans and casters alike in absolute awe. For now, he remains completely unstoppable, with no other DPS player on par with his performance.

1 Haksal

While Carpe is the king of hitscan damage, Haksal is without a doubt the king of projectile heroes like Genji, Doomfist and Pharah. Last season, fans were graced with absolutely incredible performance by him on a number of heroes, and as this season opened, there was no moment more iconic than Haksal receiving the nano boost from Ryujehong himself while on Genji.

As the meta keeps shifting, Haksal will definitely get a chance to show off his capacity on a number of heroes. In particular, it's likely he will bring out his unparalleled Genji, which just might push the Vancouver Titans to the grand finals once more.
