SEES is made up of some pretty interesting characters. Though they didn’t all start off on the friendliest terms, they grew together and eventually forged strong connections with one another, making them stronger as a group. While SEES itself boasts some pretty talented Persona users, there are some members that are stronger than others.

Every SEES member has their own strengths and weaknesses. While they work well as a group, their individual abilities stand on their own. Each member’s Persona does things well and struggles with others. Here’s how every SEES member ranks according to their Persona’s.

10 Fuuka Yamagishi – Juno

Fuuka plays a key role in navigating Tartarus and analyzing enemies. She’s one of the SEES team’s most important members due to her ability to support the team. But while her Persona makes her great at analyzing, itt doesn’t help her out much in a fight.

In terms of strength, Juno is probably the weakest Persona on the SEES roster. That works out well enough, as Fuuka usually plays her role away from all the danger.

9 Koromaru – Cerberus

Koromaru might look a little out of place in the SEES group’s dynamic, seeing as he’s a dog. But his loyalty, bravery and fighting spirit makes him one of their most important members.

Cerberus is a fairly strong Persona that specializes in Fire and Dark moves. Coincidentally, it also blocks those types of spells. Its main drawback however is that it’s weak to Light spells, making it a guaranteed KO if they’re used during battle.

8 Shinjiro Aragaki – Castor

Shinji’s tenure with SEES is fairly short-lived once the main character joins the party, but he was one of their strongest members for a time. Had his life not tragically been cut short, he likely would’ve stayed one of their best members.

Castor is Shinji’s perfect counterpart. Not particularly weak or resistant to anything, Castor specializes in physical attacks. Much like Shinji, it’s at its best going in headfirst and asking questions later.

7 Ken Amada – Kala-Nemi

Ken takes a while to understand as a character, as he’s not completely honest with his fellow SEES members from his introduction onwards. Though he’s one of the youngest members on the team, he can be one of the most level headed people in the group at times.

Kala-Nemi has a wide range of spells it can learn, but it mostly specializes in Lightning spells and physical attacks, with some healing spells in there too. Its strengths and weaknesses are the opposite of Cerberus’, as it’s weak to Darkness but strong against Light.

6 Junpei Iori – Trismegistus

Junpei is one of SEES’ most upbeat members. Though he often plays the fool, Junpei proved himself to be an integral part of the SEES team, and has a fairly strong Persona to accompany him during battle.

Trismegistus has a wide range of physical attacks at its disposal. While it does dabble in other spells, it’s best when taking advantage of its physical moves.

5 Akihiko Sanada – Caesar

As the boxing club’s ace, Akihiko is one of SEES’ most physically talented members. He never shies away from a battle, and can always be trusted to have his teammate’s backs.

Ceasar’s moveset doesn’t really mirror Akihiko’s own. Though it does have access to a physical attack in the form of Sonic Punch early on, it’s real strength is its Electric attacks. It can also double as a support, making it an effective and useful ally in most battle.

4 Mitsuru Kirijo – Artemisia

As SEES’ senior member, Mitsuru has more experience than most on this list. But what sets her apart from her teammates it the composure and level-headedness she often displays in tough situations.

Artemisia specializes in Ice magic attacks. Though it also can make use of some buff and de-buff spells. With Artemisia’s proficiency with Ice, its weakness to Fire should come as no surprise. While that makes Mitsuru something of a liability against certain enemies, she’s still one of SEES strongest members.

3 Yukari Takeba – Isis

Yukari is often one of the most vocal members of the SEES squad, and while she sometimes lets her emotions get the best of her, she’s proven herself to be a reliable and caring ally.

While Isis does have the ability to learn some Wind spells, she’s best suited for the healer role. With some of the best healing and revival spells in the game, Isis makes up for her lack of offensive firepower with her importance as a support.

2 Aigis – Athena

Even without a Persona, Aigis is completely capable on the battlefield. Though she might be built for combat, doubling her innate abilities with a Persona certainly doesn’t hurt.

Athena specializes in physical attacks, but she’s not limited to just that. She also has some fairly useful buff, healing and revival spells at her disposal, making her a versatile Persona all around.

1 Minato Arisato – Messiah

Minato Arisato awakens his Persona in Persona 3

SEES’ leader and most versatile Persona user, Minato stands on his own in terms of his ability to use various Personas. This makes him SEES’ strongest asset in battle.

While he has access to all kinds of Personas, Minato’s Ultimate Persona, Messiah, is in a league of its own. He’s the strongest Persona in the game without question, and aside from its multiple resistances, he has a handful of useful passive abilities that complement his incredibly powerful skill set well.
