This cosplayer looks adorable as Kasumi. She captures the shy cuteness of the character perfectly. The Shujin Academy uniform fits her perfectly and is well-tailored. That wig is very nice as well, being both the perfect color and texture.
Ewelinamalke has also cosplayed Tifa from Final Fantasy VII, 2B from Nier Automata, and Ann Takamaki from Persona 5. All of her costumes are great, but her Tifa is particularly spot-on.

Blood.Raven is a cosplayer and a streamer with a lot of talent. She's followed by some of the biggest names in the community like Narda_Lifestream, E_Himera, Kinpatsu, and Little Sparkz. So you know she must be packing some serious punch. Her take on the Kasumi's Phantom Thief attire is just one in a long list of beautiful looks.
She's also cosplayed as Nurse Morrigan from Darkstalkers, Toga from My Hero Academia, and Misa from Death Note. All of her looks are stunning. Natalia is not just a Cosplayer, but she is also a professional model and Twitch Streamer. She also kind of looks like Jennifer Lawrence out of costume, so that's pretty cool too.
Her Kasumi is pretty good, but her Camie from My Hero Academia is flawless. She also has an awesome Mt. Lady photoset. Natalia's best work comes from BNHA.

With a name like Crystal Tifa Cosplay, is it any surprise this girl loves Square Enix games? She's cosplayed Tifa, Yuna, Rinoa, Rydia, and Vincent Valentine all from Final Fantasy. She's also a very cute Kairi from Kingdom Hearts.
It's good she branches out to other franchises though. This list wouldn't be the same without her Kasumi. She's a Boston based artist who is self-taught in photo editing. Give her a follow, she deserves more recognition.

Her cosplay name "Yomejyo" actually means a four-eyed girl. Well, glasses or not, this girl slays. A lot of Kasumi cosplayers go the provocative route, but her sleepy/adorable photo takes the cake. Kasumi is a freshman in high school after all.
Cosplay photos that have a sense of place or story are always appreciated. With all the extracurriculars she does while maintaining awesome grades, Kasumi deserves a good nap.
