Dragalia Lost dataminers have recently discovered what appears to be an upcoming Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers crossover event coming soon to the game.

Popular gacha game Dragalia Lost–developed by Cygames and published by Nintendo–recently went through a significant update towards the end of November. Following the update, dataminers searched through the game's files and found what appears to be a list of upcoming characters that will possibly be added to the game in the future. While examining the list of characters, dataminers started to notice that names from Atlus' JRPG Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers were on the list. This has led many to corroborate that a crossover event between the fantasy mobile game and Persona 5 sequel game is on the way.

Specifically, the datamined Persona 5 Scramble characters included "Joker", "Morgana", "Panther", "Sophia", and "Arsene". While Joker, Morgana, Panther, and Arsene all appear in both Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal, Sophia is a new character exclusive to Scramble.

Several Redditors have posted their findings, like these two users below:

The datamines, which were first reported by Persona Central, have also led many Persona 5 fans to comment on the long-awaited Western localization of Persona 5 Scramble. Scramble, which was released back in February 2020 in Japan, still hasn't received an official Western release date. Last month, listings for a version of the game that included both Japanese and English text and voiceover began to pop up on various Asian retail sites; but so far, there has been no official confirmation from Atlus West that the game will even be localized.

If these leaks prove to be true, then this would be the second time the Persona 5 franchise has collaborated with a Cygames title. Back in June 2018, The Phantom Thieves were featured in a Granblue Fantasy collaboration entitled, "Persona 5: Theivery in Blue."

Dragalia Lost is available now for iOS and Android devices as a free-to-download gacha game.

Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers was released in Japan on February 20 for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. At the time of writing, there has been no official word from Atlus or Koei Tecmo regarding a Western release.
