Felix and Marzia Kjellberg have reported that their second home in Japan has been broken into and robbed. The YouTuber and multimillionaire husband-and-wife duo bought a home in Japan earlier this year, but the dreaminess of it all received a considerable blow a few days ago when the couple's dream house was burgled of basically 90% of its furnishings and valuables.

With Pewdiepie's net worth estimated to be around $30 million and Marzia's at a still-whopping $2 million, it's not surprising they would be able to buy a dream house in the seventh most expensive-to-live-in country in the world. It's also not surprising that Japan was top of their lists, seeing as they are both massive otakus and frequently travel to the country. Their Japanese home is in addition to their main residence in Brighton in the United Kingdom.

Now while all of that is very jealousy-inducing, the newlyweds have had their beautiful new home robbed blind, only a few days after their beautiful old home in Brighton was flooded. Marzia expressed her sadness over the burglary to her followers on her popular Instagram page, saying that although they're just material possessions, a lot of them were very special and valuable items she had been collecting over years. At this point not much more information has been given about the robbery, besides a hearty Pewds-esque jab at whoever the bandits in question were:

The original caption of Pewdiepie's Intagram post was: "Gonna tell my kids this was the guy that burgled my house," before he changed it to what you see here.

Besides the fact that the Kjellbergs have had a weird run of bad luck this week, it's also pretty unexpected that a burglary this intense happened in one of the safest countries in the world. Also, how it was pulled off so thoroughly - one would expect a significant level of security to be in place for such an affluent household. Or then again, maybe the couple put too much faith into Japan's aforementioned reputation for safety.

Either way, we hope the meddling thieves get a nice dose of karmic backlash, and that the Kjellbergs' pugs were saved from their flooded abode.
