As you continue through your treacherous adventure in Planet of Lana, you'll find yourself having to get yourself and your little monkey friend Mui out of various tricky situations. Occasionally, something more puzzle-like, such as the musical note machine in Chapter 11, The Oasis, might stump you.
After meeting Rakuen, he'll take you to where he's been experimenting and task you with solving the issue of the robot puzzle. By now, you'll be familiar with the tones that appear to control the robots, and it looks like he wants you to figure out how to change the musical notes to make the robots friendly.
How To Solve The Musical Note Robot Puzzle
There are five machines you can interact with, and each dictates a different note.
The note you have chosen is shown above each machine in a sequence of dots and lines.
On the first board to the left of the machines, you can see notes played by the mother ship to control the robots. Each note has a symbol and a matching sequence:

We want to change this to make them friendly, and your first clue is at the bottom of this board, where it introduces a new note symbol and shows the sequence as "••|".
Head over to the next board on your left, and you'll see the musical notes you have to play to make the robots friendly.
We already know what some of these notes are by piecing together our knowledge from the first board, including the original tune that makes them hostile and the additional note at the bottom. This new board also introduces a new note, which is "||•". We now have all the necessary information to create the new musical tones.
What Is The Correct Musical Combination?
The first note matches the original tune, the second and third notes are introduced on the board to the far left, the fourth note is the same as the original tune, and the final note is the new one introduced on the board on the right.
In short, the tune you want to play is as follows:

Make sure the machines have these notes in this order by interacting with them until they display the right series of dots and lines.
From left to right, press the first machine four times, the next machine five times, the next machine four times, the next machine five times, and lastly, the final machine twice. Afterward, run to the far right and interact with the button.
