With the PlayStation 5 being announced and set to be released in "Holiday 2020", the term holiday most likely meaning the period between October and December, the excitement is at an all-time high. With more details being surfaced about the console constantly, speculation about games that will come out for the next-gen PlayStation floods websites and forums alike.

One thing that gets console fans excited is the bundles, be it the simple console-game bundles, or the ones where the look of the console is changed to match the theme of the game it comes bundled with. Here we will take a look at some of the games we'd not only love to try out on the PS5 but also see bundled on its release. Keep in mind that some of these games don't have a set release date, and we can only hope they come out in time to be bundled with the PS5.

10 Cyberpunk 2077

Probably one of the most anticipated video games of 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 seems like it's going to be an incredibly exciting and detailed mash-up of the FPS and RPG genres. The gameplay that was shown in trailers painted the world as incredibly detailed and full of life, containing interesting characters and missions that can be done in a multitude of ways.

Although the release date is set before the expected launch date of the PS5, for those who prefer to play on console, it would definitely be a great Christmas present if the PS5 was bundled with Cyberpunk 2077. If this does indeed happen, we can only hope the console gets a Cyberpunk makeover as well.

9 The Last Of Us: Part 2

After the unfathomable success of the first game, nobody was truly surprised to hear that a sequel was being made. When the original was released for the PlayStation 3, there was a relatively long gap before it got remastered for the PS4. However, now that both the game and the next-gen console are set to come out in the same year, everyone who is planning to get a PS5 is hoping that a port of the game will be available as well.

Everyone who loved the original will probably agree that it would be a no-brainer to get a PS5 bundle with The Last Of Us: Part 2, since it would not only have better graphics but also possibly make use of the debated DualShock 5 functions.

8 Watch Dogs: Legion

Although the first two games in the Watch Dogs series generally positive reviews, when the third installment of the franchise, Watch Dogs: Legion was announced, a lot of people assumed that it would be another simple sandbox game with hacking mechanics. However, during trailers, we were shown one of the main selling points of the game that pretty much no other game has done before - you can play as virtually any NPC in the game world.

Nobody can be certain about how this mechanic will work and feel during gameplay, but the idea is certainly interesting enough to get us excited. This is why a PS5 bundle with this game would definitely be something a lot of us would be interested in getting.

7 Death Stranding

It hasn't been long since Death Stranding, the first game created by Kojima Productions after it became an independent studio, came out. Shrouded in mystery before its debut, the game was met with very polarizing reviews from players, although getting generally favorable reviews from critics. Despite this game not being for every kind of player, there's no denying that it has outstanding graphics, even on the current-gen PS4.

There is almost no doubt that Death Stranding will be updated for the PS5, which will push the graphics engine to the limit. We can't wait to see the beautiful vistas in all their glory and are hoping that it comes bundled with the PS5 once it comes out.

6 Ghost Of Tsushima

Those of us with a taste for more difficult and skill-based games fell in love with the Japanese setting used in games such as Nioh and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. After it was announced, Ghost Of Tsushima created an air of wonder around it, mainly what it was going to do differently. After watching gameplay trailers, however, we can see that it is going to be a beautiful and cinematic game.

The game is rumored to come out in 2020, although no clear release window is certain just yet. It's safe to assume that any fan of the feudal Japan aesthetic would be glad if this game came in a bundle with the new console.

5 God Of War 2

Not to be confused with the second game of the original trilogy, countless fans are hoping and analyzing the possibility of a sequel to the 2018 Game of the Year winner God Of War. Even though there is nothing set in stone quite yet, based on the success of the reboot game, and some new employees in the studio, there is a chance that a sequel might be in the works.

It may be wishful thinking, considering the original reboot came out only a year ago, but most fans would agree that a sequel released in time to be bundled with the PS5 would be an amazing move by Sony, as long as the game is up to snuff.

4 Control

Initially, when this game came out many people thought that it was somewhat of an outlier due to its bizarre story. However, they quickly turned around as they found the game to have very engaging combat, interesting story-telling, and especially the graphics and physics of the game. A PS5 port of Control seems inevitable, as the graphics of the game would only look better without slowing down the framerate.

Although there is no guarantee that this game will get bundled with the PS5 when it comes out, it would definitely be something a lot of players would be interested in. Who wouldn't want to play this game that uses real-time ray tracing on a high-end TV?

3 Final Fantasy VII Remake

The Final Fantasy VII Remake is one of those remakes that have been requested by thousands of fans for years, yet it seemed like it will never see the light of day for a very long time. Following a few unintentional fake-outs during tech demos, the game finally entered the development stage in 2015 and is now set to release in early 2020.

After the game's original release in 1997, many fans agree that it is about time that it was remade for the upcoming generation of consoles. Since it has been more or less confirmed to be ported to the PS5 on its arrival, we can only assume that there might be a bundle as well.

2 Dying Light 2

The first Dying Light game surprised players by taking the genres of action and survival games with zombies and cranked ut up by adding a well-functioning parkour system, and the ability to drop-kick enemies out of windows. In trailers of the upcoming sequel, Dying Light 2, it seems like the developers took the things that made the original awesome, and improved on them further, while even adding world-changing choices as well.

If a bundle including a PS5 and a game centered around zombies, parkour, and using said zombies to break your falls while doing parkour doesn't sound awesome, we don't know what does.

1 The Elder Scrolls 6

Very little is known about this entry in The Elder Scrolls series since the most we have to go on is an incredibly short teaser and interviews. However, for any long-time TES fan, it's impossible not to be at least a little excited about the idea of a new entry in the series, especially one that will be able to utilize the next-gen hardware.

Even though there is no guarantee this game will come out before the "Holiday 2020" deadline set for the PS5 release, it would be an amazing turn of events if The Elder Scrolls 6 got released around the same time, and it would all come in a bundle.
