10 Driver: You Are The Wheelman

Driver: You Are the Wheelman, also known simply as Driver, is a video game that was released in 1999 on the PlayStation. It was released at the tail end of the 1990s, but is still a solid game that came from this generation of games.

This game follows a police detective named Tanner who gained incredible driving skills during his time as a racecar driver and is now working undercover and using those skills.

Street Fighter Alpha 3 is a 2D fighting game that was originally released as an arcade game, in June of 1998, but it was released as a PlayStation game in the following year. This game is so popular that was later released on other consoles and even included in the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection and released on modern consoles like the PS4.
