PlayStation is holding a pretty big sale right now. Big as in almost 1,300 games, and sale as in up to 90% off, although most of the deals seem to be around 30%. And while there are a few big-name brands here and there (Crysis Remastered seems to be the biggest), the vast majority of this sale seems to be all about the little guy. We’re talkin’ indie games, my friend.

PS Prices (with thanks to Push Square) is tracking 1,294 games with discounts in the US region and around 1,200 deals in the UK and EU. There are way too many games for us to list here, so we’ll just highlight a few of the good ones.

Annapurna’s open-world falconry adventure The Pathless is on sale for just $23.99. This extremely artful game has you control the Hunter and her eagle companion as you fight to end a dark curse that threatens the whole world. It even has top voice talent like Laura Bailey and Troy Baker, so don't expect a silent protagonist.

Next we have another Annapurna title, Outer Wilds, which strands you on a planet trying to figure out how to escape before a sun goes supernova. That game won several awards including the Golden Joystick for best indie in 2019. You can grab it for just $25.99.

Spiritfarer is another award-winning game that's on sale right now for just $14.99. A cozy game about death and letting go, you play as the adorable ferryman whisking the recently departed to the afterlife. It's not nearly as depressing as it sounds, although the story can certainly get emotional at times.

Next is No Straight Roads, the action indie from Malaysian studio Metronomik. You play as a punk rock band trying to take back the musical Vinyl City from the evil EDM corporation using the power of rock. Grab it for just $18.74 thanks to this rockin' sale.

Metal Gear spoof UnMetal is on sale for $12.99, kids romp Rainbow Billy: The Curse of the Leviathan is available for $19.49, and Panzer Dragoon: Remake is available for the low price of $6.24. The lowest I've been able to find, though, is Chess Knights: Shinobi for just 79 cents, or 39 cents if you have PS Plus.

Head onto the PlayStation store and pick up a few indies for your PS4 or PS5. The sale ends December 1, so you've got two weeks to decide.
