PlayStation Store Has August Savings On Injustice, BioShock, And More

The PlayStation Store is doing a massive blowout sale on all genres of games until Sept. 3rd, including Injustice, BioShock, and Banner Saga.

Summer is dangerously close to over, but no one tell Sony that. Even though the movie arm of the company is busy ruining Spider-Man (or saving him from big bully Disney if you choose to believe that), the PlayStation division has been on-point with the summer sales. The August Savings are a plentiful batch of everything from iconic favorites to niche anime titles. Let's break down some of the better offers.

Warner Bros. is spearheading the fighting games here. Injustice 2 Legendary Edition is half-off. That includes all of the DLC characters. If you were interested in seeing how Superman verses the Ninja Turtles would play out, now's your chance. The first Injustice is also for $9.99 in case you only want to dip your toe in. Similarly, Mortal Kombat X is $9.99 and offers a nice entry point for those who don't want to go all-in on the latest installment. For Marvel fans, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is part of the sale.

BioShock: The Collection is a whopping 75% off. That means you can get all three games remastered for $14.99. Also on sale is pretty much every Call of Duty you can imagine. Advanced Warfare, Infinite Warfare, Black Ops, it's all there. Of course, PS4 users are probably too busy playing the Alpha to care about the old games.

There are just too many games out nowadays. Even if you have all the time and money in the world, you'd probably still miss out on some games people consider essential. The August Savings include many of these titles. The Banner Saga trilogy is on sale in its entirety or piece meal. The Walking Dead's Final Season has a small discount should you want to witness the end of an era. Also on sale are Payday 2, all of the first Life is Strange, and the instant masterpiece Cars 3: Driven To Win.

The majority of these deals end September 3rd, so you have a little over a week to peruse them. Check out the entire list here.
