A talented Pokémon fan and baking extraordinaire has recreated the adorable Eevee pancake dish from the recently released Pokémon Café Mix.

Twitter user @EverydayBewear recently posted some mouth-watering photos of their real-life recreation of the "Fluffy Eevee Pancakes" that can be found in the cover art and promotional images of Pokémon Café Mix.

The dish features three fluffy pancakes stacked on top of each other, topped with a chocolate mousse cake that is decorated to look just like Eevee's head. It is surrounded by pillowy puffs of white cream, while the base of the pancake holds additional cream, a cookie that mimics Eevee's tail, and some assorted fruit.

Below is an image of what the pancake dish looks like in the game, and it's abundantly clear that @EverydayBewear paid special attention when recreating this delicious treat IRL.
