Last month, the Pokémon Cafés in Japan announced a brand new, limited-time menu inspired by the recently released free-to-play puzzle game, Pokémon Café Mix. If that wasn't exciting enough, it also looks like the real-life cafes are getting their own transformation to look just like the restaurant from the game!

Both Pokémon Café Tokyo and Pokémon Café Osaka have received interior transformations to turn them into a three-dimensional replica of the adorable restaurant from Pokémon Café Mix. Both cafés have been decorated with exclusive artwork from the game, as well as other cute decorations.

Social distancing regulations are still in place to ensure safe dining. To help enforce this, the staff at the Pokémon Café have placed Pokémon plushies at some tables. Not only is it practical, but super cute!

These tweets from Twitter user @C2525oxo from the Tokyo Café show the framed artwork on the walls, the Pokémon plushies at tables, and some of the amazing food inspired by the game. There's even a short video of an excited Pikachu mascot dressed as a chef dancing in the café!

In Pokémon Café Mix, each of the Pokémon who join the café's staff gets their own red uniform. These tweets from Twitter user @cnmk_pkmn show what appear to be figurines of Pikachu, Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble wearing their café uniforms that are placed around the café.

If these figures weren't enough, we've also got this pic from Twitter user @miwakungaro which shows a life-sized Munchlax mascot acting as waiter and greeting patrons at the door.

Twitter user @room_of_mew took these pictures from the Osaka café, which show a similar interior set up. It seems like both café locations did a great job creating the same experience no matter which Pokémon Café you visit!

Pokémon Café Mix is a puzzle game that allows players to try their hand at running their own Pokémon café. Players must fulfill customer orders by solving touch-based puzzles. As they progress towards the game, they can add more decorations to their café, get more Pokémon staff members, and add more recipes to their menu.

Pokémon Café Mix is available now as a free-to-play title. It is playable on the Nintendo Switch and mobile devices.
