The Pokémon GO bonuses won off the back of last weekend's Go Fest in Chicago are now live. Here's everything you need to know.

Pokémon GO is the game that keeps on giving. As we near the third anniversary of the worldwide phenomenon's release, the mobile game is still incredibly popular. It may not seem that way to some, but that's only because for that first month or two in 2016, pretty much everyone was playing the game everywhere you went.

If you need undeniable proof that Pokémon GO is still a very popular game, look no further than last weekend's Go Fest in Chicago. The event required gamers at the festival and around the world to complete literally millions of Field Research Tasks with the promise of bonuses should they manage to do so. As always, Pokémon trainers around the world united and completed the tasks with relative ease.

The rewards for doing so are now live. The first task was for Go Fest attendees to complete a combined one million research tasks. For that, all trainers will receive double candy from every Pokémon they catch between now and 4 pm EST on June 25. The other three challenges required the combined efforts of players around the world but don't worry, they pulled it off.

Each team's members needed to complete 15 million research tasks within the allotted time, with all three vying for a unique bonus for all players should they succeed. Instinct's reward was the guarantee of a Rare Candy for completing a raid, Valor's victory means the distance needed to hatch eggs has been halved, and Mystic won the world double candy from every Pokémon caught for a full week. Again, all these rewards are up for grabs until 4 pm EST on June 25.

Since all four challenges were completed, Niantic has also rewarded trainers with a fifth reward. The return of Raikou to raids and even the chance to catch a shiny version of the Pokémon for the first time. While the four bonuses are now live until the date above, when exactly Raikou will return has not yet been announced. Two more Go Fests are taking place in Dortmund and Tokyo in the coming months with similar rewards up for grabs at each.
