Within Jubilife Village in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, you can find the Clothier. This is a small shop that will sell a variety of clothes, ranging from simple patterns to Pokemon-themed kimonos. As you complete the main story and requests, new clothes will be added to this shop, available for you to purchase.
In this guide, we are going to take a look at how to fully upgrade the Clothier. This will include requests directly for Anthe, as well as additional quests that provide you with new clothes. First, let's take a look at requests for Anthe.
Requests For The Clothier
There are four requests that you need to complete for Anthe, the owner of the shop. These quests involve bringing her a specific Pokemon or item, which will inspire her to add additional outfits.
Below, you can find all four of Anthe's requests, as well as what you need to do for each. Once unlocked, each of these requests can be obtained by speaking with Anthe.

After completing Colorful New Looks, the Clothier shop will get an upgraded appearance. This is not the end though; there are still tons of outfits that you can obtain outside of Anthe's requests.
It's important to know that there is a variety of outfits that you can receive as Mystery Gifts. For example, you can obtain a matching Shaymin outfit if you have a save file for Pokemon Sword or Shield on your Nintendo Switch. To accept these gifts, all you need to do is speak with Anthe.
New Clothing Through The Story
As you progress through the story, you will unlock new outfits. Below, you can check out which parts of the story will provide outfits.

Additionally, catching the following legendaries will reward you with an outfit.

Requests That Provide New Clothing
Some requests provide you with additional clothing options, even if your quest log doesn't specify a clothing reward. Below, you can find these quests that provide new clothing options. Researching New Clothes
Certain Pokemon will provide additional outfits once you get their research to level ten. You can find these Pokemon listed below.

Starter Pokemon Outfits
Lastly, we have outfits related to the starter Pokemon. To get these, you just need to obtain Rowlet, Cyndaquil, or Oshawott. You do not need to have a level ten research level for these starters.
At the start of the game, you will get your own starter, but once the main story is finished, simply head back to Professor Laventon, and he will gift you with the other two starters.
