A brand new Mythical Pokémon is being introduced soon, and fans can get a sneak peek at its silhouette later this month.
National Pokémon Day is less than a month away and the Pokémon Company has promised to share exciting news about some of its most popular and recent Pokémon games such as Pokémon Sword & Shield and Pokémon GO. Although the day itself will be on February 27, that does not mean that teasers won't be allowed until then. As such, Pokémon fans are already keeping an eye out for anything that might be teased before National Pokémon Day.
One of the things that is expected to be announced on National Pokémon Day is a brand new Mythical Pokémon. Although nothing is known about the Pokémon, it will be released for Pokémon Sword & Shield and will make an appearance in the upcoming Pokémon The Movie: Coco. However, eager fans can already look forward to the announcement because a sneak peek will soon be revealed.
According to Serebii, the monthly issue of CoroCoro magazine will include a silhouette image of the new Mythical Pokémon. For fans of the popular "who's that Pokémon?" guessing game, this may already sound familiar. Until the official reveal, fans can guess what kind of Pokémon the new one will be in regards to appearance, type, and other characteristics. There is also the possibility of guessing the Pokémon's attacks once carefully inspecting the silhouette and finding out its type.
Aside from the silhouette image, nothing else is expected to be shared in the CoroCoro magazine. In other words, it's hard to tell how players will be able to catch the new Pokémon or where they will be able to find it in Pokémon Sword & Shield. Nonetheless, come National Pokémon Day, the Pokémon Company will provide all necessary information and details for players.
As far as Pokémon GO and Pokémon Masters go, not a lot has been shared about those games. However, given their popularity within the Pokémon community, one can expect big news and surprises to be announced soon. Fans are certain to receive some interesting and helpful in-game rewards and gifts due to the celebrations that will take place on National Pokémon Day.
