Now that you have your Slowpoke, evolving it into Slowbro is actually very simple. At level 37, Slowpoke will evolve into Slowbro. Use EXP candies, Rare Candies, or level it up by battling wild Pokemon until it reaches this level, and it will evolve into Slowbro.

How To Evolve Slowpoke Into Slowking

slowking pokedex entry

To get Slowking, you'll need to take a few more steps. First, you will need to obtain the item King's Rock. There are several ways to obtain this item, but the easiest by far is to simply purchase it from any Delibird Presents for 10,000 Pokedollars. However, you'll only be able to buy this item after you've obtained four Gym Badges, so be sure to complete Gym Challenges first.

After you have the King's Rock, let your Slowpoke hold it. Now, you will need to trade this Slowpoke to another player, at which point it will evolve into Slowking. If you're trading with a friend, you can simply do the same trade back to get your Slowking back.

If you have no one to trade with, there is another method to get Slowking, but it is not guaranteed. Slowking has a chance to appear in five and six-star Tera Raids, which are accessible after beating the main story. The current selection of Tera Raids changes each day, so you can move your system's time forward a day to refresh the current raids. However, you'll have to check every single raid to see if there is a Slowking, which can be extremely tedious and time-consuming.
