Eevee and its many evolutions are some of the most loved Pokemon in the entire franchise. They resemble animals people love like cats, dogs, and foxes. Each one is a different type, which means that many balanced-type team builds have room for an Eeveelution.

These Pokemon were not always easy to get in the various game generations. Luckily though, Pokemon Sword and Shield made it so getting an Eevee and its various evolutions is not only possible but pretty easy in comparison to previous titles.

How To Get An Eevee

Four players facing a Gigantamaxed Eevee.

Eevees can be caught pretty early on in the game between levels 14 and 16. The spawn rate is low, so while it can be caught at any time of day or weather, it may still take a while for you to actually find one in the grass or running around the overworld.
