We’re finally going to know more about Pokemon Sword & Shield: The Crown Tundra starting tomorrow.

Big news. Big big news. Nintendo and Game Freak are finally going to reveal The Crown Tundra, Sword & Shield second DLC, tomorrow morning at 9 AM EST (6 AM PST). The announcement was made on Twitter earlier this morning telling trainers to "get ready."

Oddly, we've got logos for both The Crown Tundra and Isle of Armor in the image posted on Twitter, so maybe there will be a few announcements for Isle of Armor players as well.

Obviously, the biggest thing we expect to learn tomorrow is just when The Crown Tundra will release (likely sometime in December), but we're also expecting to get a few confirmations regarding leaks from earlier in the summer.

One big data leak from last June came courtesy of dataminer SciresM. Scouring the trove that came with the Isle of Armor revealed events for obtaining the Musketeer Trio of Legendary Pokemon (Virizion, Terrakion, and Cobalion) as well as a new set of Galarian Legendary Bird Pokemon (also referred to as the Legendary Tree).

Logos were also discovered that detail possible missions or expeditions to capture the Legendary Ultra Beasts, Regis (Titans), and something about "sacred bonds of sovereign and steed." This could refer to an entirely new set of Galarian Legendaries, or it might just refer back to Virizion, Terrakion, and Cobalion.

Another leak from last June revealed the possible returning Pokemon in The Crown Tundra. This list includes the likes of Absol, Metagross, Dragonite, Lugia & Ho-Oh, the Gen III starters, the Nidoran line, and many many more. This is a bit like removing the full National Dex only to sell them back to Pokemon fans in the form of DLC, but somehow we doubt this will result in a lack of sales.

Tune into the Official Pokemon YouTube Channel tomorrow, September 29, 2020, at 9 AM EST for the full reveal of Sword & Shield: The Crown Tundra.
