Possible spoilers for the end of Pokémon Sword & Shield ahead!

Congratulations new Galarian Champion! Now that you've completed the main story, here are some things to do after you've beaten Sword & Shield:

Finish the Post-Game Story

Once you start up your game after beating Champion Leon, go into the Slumbering Weald and get your version-exclusive legendary Pokémon! You'll start a chain of events that will give you some pretty cool items along the way, and culminate in you catching either Zamazenta (Shield) or Zacian (Sword).

Pick Up a Free Gigantamax Charizard

Enter Leon's room and you'll find a Poké Ball with a very special Charmander, just for you! Thanks, Leon! If you raise that Charmander with love and care (or, you know, Exp. Candies), then it will evolve into Gigantamax Charizard, not unlike ex-Champion Leon's.

Check Out The Battle Tower

You also have access to the Battle Tower now (what used to be the Rose Tower), where you can earn Battle Points (BP) from battling a chain of trainers. You can spend those BP on anything from Mints that change your Pokémon's Nature, to items that can help your Pokémon evolve. Once you reach Rank 4 in the Battle Tower, you will be able to check your Pokémon's IVs, or Individual Values.

In the Battle Tower, you can also be gifted Type: Null by a girl in the lobby. She'll also give you a set of Memories, one Memory for each Pokémon type so you can change the type of Type: Null in between battles. Its evolution, Silvally, can be obtained by leveling up Type: Null with high enough friendship.

Get All 400 Pokémon And Obtain the Shiny Charm

With the vast amount of Pokémon and the new fog weather pattern only available in post-game where you can find some more rare Pokémon in the Wild Area, it should be a little easier to complete the Pokédex in the post-game. Your reward for catching all 400 Pokémon is the Shiny Charm, which you can receive from the left side of the hotel in Circhester, once you show the Director your completed Pokédex. This item will increase your chances of catching Shiny Pokémon and these new Square Shiny Pokémon.

Battle The Police Officer in Circhester  And Get the Oval Charm

In the same hotel where you can find the Shiny Charm, you can battle the police officer. If you win, you get the Oval Charm which increases the frequency at which you will discover eggs from the Daycare. This can be good for when you're breeding Pokémon for good IVs, for Shinies, or to fill up your Pokédex.

Deliver Food and Receive the Lucky Egg

When you enter the restaurant in Hulbury after completing the game, the chef there will ask you to deliver food for him, but he never seems to ask for his customer's addresses. The clues he gives will lead you to the house near Hulbury station (you get paid an Exp. Candy L and 5 Nuggets), the house at the bottom of the stairs in Hulbury (you get paid 2 Big Nuggets), and the stall with the green roof in the marketplace area of Hulbury (you get paid a Lucky Egg). The Lucky Egg grants extra Exp. Points to the Pokémon who holds it in battle.

There are many more things to do in the Pokémon Sword & Shield post-game, but these were some options to get you started.
