10 Need for Speed Heat

Do you enjoy the Need for Speed games or any racing games for that matter? If so then you'll need to keep an eye out for the upcoming Need For Speed Heat, which will blend the series themes of hardcore street racing along with policing the city.

It will be available on Playstation 4 beginning on November 8th and is currently available to preorder! The game will include familiar aspects such as customizable cars and Johnny Law. This will officially be the sixteenth entry in the highly popular Need for Speed series so make sure you don't miss out!

9 Shenmue III

Shenmue III will be released on Window and Playstation 4 beginning on November 9th, 2019. The game will continue from the first two in the franchise. It has been many years since Shenmue II was released. The new game is due to being funded by a Kickstarter that has become the sixth-highest-funded campaign in history.

The game has spent more than ten years in developmental hell, and it will finally be released in just a couple of months! The action-adventure game follows Ryo Hazuki on his quest to find the person that murdered his father. The game will take place in 1980s China.

8 Code Vein

If you pride yourself on being a fan of vampires and role-playing games, then Code Vein will be the perfect video game for you to pick up at the start of fall. It will officially be released on September 27 on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Windows. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic dystopian world.

You will be able to receive gifts depending on your blood consumption in addition to gaining other supernatural abilities throughout your adventure. It will be your goal to stave off the Lost, who stop at nothing to satisfy their craven hunger. It is said to be inspired by the Dark Souls series.

7 DOOM Eternal

Releasing on Google Stadia, Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, and Xbox One, Doom ETERNAL is a direct sequel to the original game, Doom. It will be available on November 22 of this year. You will take on the role of Doom Slayer, same as you did in Doom, and try to save the earth from being overrun by an onslaught of demons in order to save all of humanity.

Thus far, the game has won awards at the Game Critics Awards for being the Best Action Game and Best PC Game. There are also plans to add DLC content to the game after it has been released.

6 Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Star Wars fans, rejoice! Not only are you getting a brand new Star Wars movie and a new Star Wars series this fall/winter, you'll also be getting a brand new Star Wars video game for Playstation 4! The new game will be released on November 15.

It is a single-player action-adventure that takes place a few years after Revenge of the Sith. Jedi Padawan is on the run from the Galactic Empire, specifically the Second Sister, who plans to eradicate all the remaining Jedi Knights. There will also be a tie-in comic series released in September before the game.

5 Just Dance 2020

Fans of the Just Dance franchise should be happy to note that the latest version of the game will be released on November 5 for Playstation 4. Surprisingly, the game will also come out on Wii. A large number of families still used their Wii which is why the games are still being released for that console.

If you haven't played the game before, you'll be mimicking the on-screen choreography to perform dance numbers to your favorite songs. Just Dance 2020 will feature songs by artists like Katy Perry, Zedd, Ariana Grande, 2NE1, Panic! At the Disco, Cardi B, Pitbull, and more.

4 Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & The Secret Hideout is a magical new roleplaying game coming out to Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4 on October 29. In the game, you'll play as Ryza, a young girl who is dying to escape her small town and explore the greater mysteries of life.

In the process of leaving her home to go exploring, she meets a magician who teaches her the magical methods of alchemy. She and her friends embark on a true adventure by learning this complex and mystical art.

3 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

If you enjoy playing first-person shooters then you're probably going to be first in line for the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare game. It's set to be released on October 25. The game will be "soft reboot" of the Modern Warfare series. There are quite a few new features of this game for players to look forward to.

For starters, for the first time, you will be able to enjoy cross-platform multiplayer, which is a pretty big deal for players who have friends with an Xbox while you have a Playstation. Also, you won't have to pay extra for a season pass as Activision will instead release free content to players after the game launches.

2 Borderlands 3

Borderlands 3 will be the fourth game in the series and it is set to be released on September 13. It is an action roleplaying game and will retain the first-person shooter elements as is common from this gaming series. The new game begins after the fall of Handsome Jack.

You'll need to stop the Calypso Twins who are part of a violent cult. Expect to see characters from previous games return to this one, including characters from the spin-off. Gameplay will be similar to previous games of the series although there is a Mayhem Mode that can randomize elements of the game for increased difficulty.

1 Death Stranding

Death Stranding is one of the most anticipated games of 2019. IT comes from Hideo Kojima, an immensely popular creative mind in the gaming world and as is typical of Kojima projects, we know very little about what Death Stranding is going to be about.

We do know that Norman Reedus is going to star as the main protagonist of the game and it will be released on November 8. Other actors including Mads Mikkelson, Léa Seydoux, Margaret Qualley, and Troy Baker are also involved. The game will be open world and involve important themes about the connection between life and death.
