A little indie PSVR gem called Last Labyrinth will be released physically for the PS4. Collector's and Limited editions are also on the way from Strictly Limited. Both versions of the game will be available to preorder sometime this year, but no release date or prices have been announced yet.

Last Labyrinth is a first-person escape room game that utilizes the VR technology on PlayStation 4 and PC systems. Stuck in a wheelchair, you have to direct the girl, Katia, to solve puzzles. If you fail, she will die right in front of you in horrific ways. How cruel! The aim of the game is to get you and Katia out of the dungeon and into the outside world. The developer compares the game to the classic third-person adventure ICO and the horrific movie franchise SAW.

The game's pretty lengthy for a PlayStation VR game with over 10 hours of gameplay, and it had a talented team of developers behind it. The staff was comprised of those who worked on Shadow of the Colossus, Puppeteer, and ICO, and the composer of the game created the compelling soundtracks of Secret of Mana and Soul Calibur V.

TheGamer's own review described the title as a "magical experience," and a "haunting, melancholy work of art held together by a simple premise." Players will make a real connection to Katia through the visceral medium of virtual reality games.

The PlayStation VR platform is a source of engaging content that goes against the norm. Hilarious games like Trover Saves The Universe and Accounting+ played around with our expectations and utilized the medium perfectly. A hidden gem on the PS4 platform, Astro Bot: Rescue Mission revolutionizes the 3D platformer with players looking over objects to see their little robot jumping and moving. We could see even more creative ways to use PSVR in the future as the user-generated title Dreams just enabled the platform for its player base.

If you can't wait to play it, Last Labyrinth is available digitally on PS4, Oculus Rift, the Vive, the Valve Index, and Windows MR. It currently costs $29.99. Keep in mind, it tends to not go on sale.
