Rainbow Six Siege is a juggernaut that has evolved dramatically from its original release date in 2015. The team-based tactical shooter is entering its fifth year of content, and Ubisoft has assured that it will continue to develop the game and support the massive player base for years.

Part of the multiplayer game's dominance stems from the esports teams that provide entertainment as professional gamers compete in tournaments across the world. With the official Six Invitational tournament finished, let's take a look at the best pro teams to play the game based on earnings and tournament wins.

10 10. Rogue

Aceez, Hicks, korey, ripz, and risze are tactical players who know how to win. The Rogue esports team has won over twenty tournaments, and, while the organization has earned just under $300,000 in Rainbow Six Siege prize money, they were part of the top sixteen teams who competed in the Six Invitational tournament, and that's an achievement.

Just one big win is all it takes to catapult a pro team into contention as one of the best teams in the world. If Rogue keeps winning tournaments, then earnings and success are just around the corner, as well as a higher spot in the rankings.

9 9. Team SoloMid

With a third-place finish in the 2020 Six Invitational, Team SoloMid earned most of their lifetime earnings from this one tournament. The current roster joined in June of 2019, so the Rainbow Six Siege team is still in their infancy, but they've proven that they have what it takes to go the distance.

Team SoloMid finished above G2 Esports and other top pro teams this year, which means the newcomers might be able to disrupt the rankings in later years. If they win more tournaments and bring in more prize earnings, Team SoloMid could jump up in the rankings.

8 8. Fnatic

Fnatic had a good showing at this year's Six Invitational, finishing sixth place out of the sixteen finalists. Though they only secured $150,000 in tournament winnings from the competition, the esports organization has won more than double that in total earnings, and the Rainbow Six Siege team has triumphed in eleven tournaments so far.

The world champion title proves elusive for the squad as of yet, but don't count Fnatic out. They're a difficult team to beat, and the 2020 placement proves that they can compete with the best in the world.

7 7. Evil Geniuses

Evil Geniuses did not appear in the final sixteen pro teams at the 2020 Six Invitational due to the dominant play from Spacestation Gaming, but the North American team is still one of the best in the world with their record.

Evil Geniuses have won sixteen tournaments, which is more than some of the higher-ranked teams, but less than $400,000 in prize money and no Six Invitational trophies mean that they have not demonstrated the highest quality of teamwork and play necessary to secure the top title in the game.

6 6. Team Liquid

Founded in the Netherlands, Team Liquid is a well-known esports organization, and the Brazilian team for Rainbow Six Siege is a frequent presence on the global scene. Fourteen tournament victories have earned the organization almost $400,000 in prize money.

Winning a major tournament like the Six Invitational would boost their profile considerably, though the players were only able to secure an 11th-place finish in the 2020 competition. Maybe next year the Rainbow Six Siege squad will be able to advance further in tournaments and rise in the rankings.

5 5. Ninjas in Pyjamas

Even though Spacestation Gaming took the top prize this year at the Six Invitational, NiP demonstrated that they're a competitive pro team with a lot of skill in the tactical shooter. Like PENTA Sports, the Ninjas in Pyjamas esports team has won over half a million dollars in prize money, but the Swedish esports organization only has eleven tournament wins. Still, the Brazilian squad proved they're the real deal, and they are one of the top five teams in the world right now.

4 4. PENTA

The first team to ever lift the Hammer at the Six Invitational, PENTA Sports has won an astounding twenty tournaments. Over half a million in tournament prizes suggest that players should never underestimate the Rainbow Six Siege team because they have killer instincts, and the European squad is full of heavy-hitters.

The Germany-based team consists of ENEMY, RevaN, Alive, BlaZ, and Kaktus. Any team that has won the Six Invitational is one to watch, and PENTA are not giving up their spot.

3 3. Team Empire

One of the best teams in Russia, Team Empire is a global presence in the esports world, and the organization has been a threatening presence in tournaments since it was established in 2004. While they are known for impressive gameplay in other titles, the Rainbow Six Siege team is just as dangerous. Over $700,000 in prize money across nine tournament wins is a strong record, and Team Empire definitely deserves a place in the top rankings of pro teams in the game today.

2 2. G2 Esports

The defending champions of the Six Invitational did not reach the finals this year, but G2 Esports is still an impressive team with serious players. The European time has earned over $1.25 million in tournament prizes, which is more than any other pro team in Rainbow Six Siege. With nine wins, the 2019 world champions are one of the best out there, and the overarching G2 Esports organization is one of the most successful in the world, with nine different teams and forty-six total players.

1 1. Spacestation Gaming

The first North American team to win the Six Invitational since its debut in 2018, Spacestation Gaming smashed the competition this year with some truly dominant performances. Not only has the team earned nearly $1.25 million in tournament earnings, but they brought the Hammer back to North America. With 15 tournament wins, Spacestation Gaming is a strong team of players that will likely continue to earn their place on the list of best esports teams in Rainbow Six Siege. The five teammates are Canadian, Rampy, ThinkingNade, Fultz, and Bosco.
