Unfortunately, that Collector's Edition is no longer being made, which means that Skyrim fans will have to spend at least $350 to even hope to have one of their own. Some of the components of the collector's edition are being sold independently as well, but they quickly approach the $100 range- much more than getting the game.

24 Assassin's Creed 2 Master Assassin Edition

The Master Edition for Assassin's Creed 2 brought together some cool artwork, exclusive maps, and an impressive figure of Ezio Auditore himself. However, the edition was made solely for fans of the Assassin's Creed series, as it had a steep asking price. Nowadays, getting one will run people upwards of $350. 20 Dark Souls 3 Prestige Edition

The Prestige Edition of Dark Souls 3 was only for the ultimate masochist. 19 Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Fortune Hunter Edition

Uncharted was Naughty Dog's next big franchise after moving on from Jak and Daxter. With the initial game's sequel, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Naughty Dog decided to have the Fortune Hunter Edition that came with a collectible, extra content, and a case signed by the developers. This version wasn't purchasable regularly, though. It could only be won in a contest. Because of this, buying a copy of the Fortune Hunter Edition costs close to $5000, at least. If you're desperate for some Uncharted merch, this probably isn't the smartest way to go.

18 Dying Light My Apocalypse Edition

With the release of Dying Light, the developers went all out. Instead of stopping with a standard collector's edition, the developers came up with the My Apocalypse Edition. Costing close to $400,000, this version of the game included tons of crazy stuff. It had a custom shelter that would be built, parkour training, a life-sized statue of one of the game's enemies, and a few more extra goodies. It even came with four copies of the game that were all signed by the staff. Due to the perishability of some of these bonuses, you can't buy the My Apocalypse Edition anymore. Only one was ever made.

17 Saints Row IV Super Dangerous Wad Wad Edition

Saints Row IV takes the cake for the most insane collector's edition for any video game in history. Instead of settling with even an expensive $400 version, Saints Row IV had the Super Dangerous Wad Wad Edition which retailed for $1 million. Only one copy of this version exists and gave players two new cars (one of which being a Lamborghini), life-sized replicas, a stay at a fancy hotel, and so much more. It's easily the rarest and most expensive collector's edition out there.

16 Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War Mithril Edition

If there's one thing that will remain true, it's that people who love The Lord of the Rings love every detail about Middle-Earth. That's essentially what was offered with the Middle-Earth: Shadow of War Mithril Edition. It had all sorts of goodies and a massive statue featuring the game's creatures. However, getting one's hands on this version would set people back at least $300. Considering you can get a copy of the game for $10-$20, it's a hard sell for most.

15 Assassin's Creed Origins Dawn Of The Creed

When Ubisoft first unveiled Assassin's Creed Origins, they also featured a Dawn of the Creed Edition that would include a statue of the main character, a special steelbook, DLC, and several other goodies as well. However, it was released for a total of $800. People can buy it a couple hundred dollars cheaper nowadays, but the sheer scale of this version meant that not a whole lot were ever made. Seeing one in person is rare, but buying one? Forget about it.

14 Resident Evil 6 Premium Edition

Resident Evil is one of the biggest names in horror video games, and Konami decided to capitalize on that in Japan with the Premium Edition for Resident Evil 6. The game included a leather jacket replica of Leon's so that players could look the part. The Premium Edition was priced at over $1000 though and was only available in Japan, so good luck trying to get your hands on that. If you're seriously interested in having Leon's jacket, it wouldn't be too hard to find other third-party replicas for around $100 these days.

13 Grid 2 BAC Mono Edition

Grid 2 was a big racing game when it came out a few years ago, but it was taken a step further with the BAC Mono Edition. This version of the game cost almost $200,000, but it came with a street-legal race car and a suit to wear while driving it. Priced on Square's own store at $270, it included the game, the companion film, a big statue of Noctis, and several other goodies (surprisingly not the season pass, though). 8 Titanfall 2 Vanguard Collector's Edition

The Collector's Edition for Battlefield 1 is a bit of an oddity. It was quite expensive when it first released, priced around $200. However, time has proven unkind to Battlefield 1, especially for this Collector's Edition. Versions are going lower than $100. You get a big statue featuring the character on the box art, an exclusive steel case, some playing cards, and a digital code for the game. Perhaps the reputation of EA has caused many people to want to get rid of this collector's edition.

6 Destiny 2 Collector's Edition

Destiny 2 was marketed as the proper version of the concept that Bungie presented all those years ago.
