Out of all of Redfall's protagonist options, Remi is probably the smartest since she has a degree from MIT and even designed her own little robot buddy. Yet, even she couldn't predict that Vampire Gods were going to take over Redfall. As such, she got stuck in the middle of the creature-infested town.
As her, though, you can help get rid of the monsters and save any remaining survivors. That task is made significantly easier if you have a good build for her that gets the most out of her skill tree. Here are a few notable ones that cater to a few different playstyles.
Support Build
Remi is perhaps the character most suited to a support build. You can get several skills with her that assist your allies in co-op, both offensively and defensively.
These are the ones to look at:
Skill Name |
What It Does |
---|---|
Shot In The Arm 2 |
Revived teammates get more health. |
Mi Familia |
Allies close to you get a boost to their close-range damage against humans. |
Command Voice |
Increases Mobilize's area of effect. |
Perseverance |
You and your allies healed by Mobilize take less damage for a brief time. |
Boom Jump |
You and any allies caught in a C4 blast are boosted in the air. |
Along with nabbing the skills above, you want to generally put focus on the Mobilize section of the skill tree.
This is because the power heals your teammates.
Bribon Build
Everywhere Remi goes, she's followed by her little robot buddy, Bribon.
If you really want to get the best out of the guy, here are the skills you should consider unlocking:
Skill Name |
What It Does |
---|---|
Resonance |
When using Mobilize, Bribon also gets a rallying point. |
Constant Inspiration |
You and your allies near Bribon get healed a bit. |
Self-Repair |
During Siren, Bribon continuously heals. |
Reinforced Components |
Gives Bribon more health. |
Electrostatic Feedback |
Enemies who attack Bribon during Siren take electrical damage. |
The Siren section of the skill tree is the one you should be focusing on for this build.
The ability is all about Bribon, so there are a few skills in that part that boost him.
Close-Range Build
While Remi is able to pick up any weapon, she's more of a close-range fighter.
To get the most out of her close-quarters combat talents, grab the following skills:
Skill Name |
What It Does |
---|---|
All Up In |
Lets you deal extra damage against humans at close range. |
Bandoliers 2 |
Allows you to carry more shotgun and handgun ammo. |
On Your Feet |
Mobilize restores more health. |
Perseverance |
You and your allies healed by Mobilize take less damage for a brief time. |
Beacon Of Hope |
Enemies within the Mobilize area take damage. On top of that, the ability is significantly improved. |
For this build, the ability you should focus on improving is Mobilize.
It's a quick way to regain HP while embroiled in close-range encounters.
Defense Build
Remi isn't indestructible. So, if you find yourself taking a significant amount of damage, you may want to invest in a defense build.
These are the skills you should look to get:
Skill Name |
What It Does |
---|---|
Quick Recovering 2 |
Increases the amount of HP you regenerate when low. |
I Can Make That |
Items such as medkits, lockpicks, and rewires are discounted. |
Always Prepared |
Allows you to carry more Medical Supplies. |
On Your Feet |
Mobilize restores more health in its first pulse. |
Lingering Inspiration |
Mobilize Lasts Longer. |
Naturally, the part of the skill tree you want to focus on if you're trying to protect yourself is Mobilize. After all, the ability's main purpose is to heal you.
Yet, Siren can protect you a bit, too, as it puts the enemies' focus on Bribon instead of you.
