For anyone looking for some more K/DA content, a new Genius lyric video gives you exactly what you need.

Riot Games has heavily pushed K/DA as a group this year. The virtual League Of Legends pop band has released an EP featuring artists from both K-pop and the western world, and had their own event in League and Legends Of Runeterra. Now, Akali is appearing in a Genius video to talk about the lyrics to their popular single, MORE.

K/DA debuted two years ago with their single, POP/STARS, which took the world by storm. The catchy song caught the attention of League fans, as well as people who weren't interested in the game. Two years later, Riot is cashing in on the song's popularity by going all out with K/DA. THE BADDEST, the first single off the All Out EP, was released on August 27th, while the EP itself dropped on November 6th. The EP had appearances from popular K-pop groups TWICE and (G)I-DLE, as well as American artists Madison Beer and Bea Miller.

The rise of K/DA coincides with another popular trend on the internet - VTubers. VTuber popularity has exploded in 2020, and it seems like Riot wants to transform K/DA into more than virtual idols. The trend is seen in many aspects of pop culture, from regular YouTube videos, to Twitch livestreams and more. Aespa, a new K-pop group that debuted last month, have virtual versions of themselves used in their videos.

Love them or hate them, K/DA will be a force for Riot Games in the future. They used their song MORE to introduce their newest champion, Seraphine. It will be fascinating to see if Riot is going to release new K/DA songs every year now, or if they will use K/DA's pull as they need it.

The Genius video is an exciting way to keep K/DA in the spotlight weeks after the release of their EP. Until their next release, fans of K/DA will have to wait patiently and keep buying the K/DA skins in League of Legends.
