Survival games on Roblox come in many different forms of entertainment. Whether it be surviving horror situations, surviving some calamity event, surviving an elimination-based gameshow, or even simply building a base to survive, there are plenty of survival games to go around on the platform that always gain a ton of popularity.
However, because of how genres work on Roblox, there isn't an exact tag for survival games. Many are labeled horror, adventure, or all genres, so it can be hard to find new games to enjoy on the very vast platform that gets hundreds of new games every single day.

3008 is a game that maintains popularity, with thousands of players online at a time. This game is about being thrown into a giant IKEA store and surviving daily from the scary staff members that come out of the woodwork to attack you when the power is shut off.
Your objective is to survive in the store by gathering food and building bases out of furniture that can be found everywhere around the store. However, other players can easily steal from you or sabotage your base, so while the staff members may seem like the only thing you need to defend against, plenty of real people want to take what's yours.
11 Crushed By A Speeding Wall
Crushed By A Speeding Wall is very straightforward; try not to get crushed by a giant speeding wall that flies forwards whenever any player presses an oversized red button at the beginning of the map. To get past the speeding wall, you must run to cubbies in the walls before you are crushed.
As you progress, you get closer to the actual wall's resting point, meaning that you must be lucky to push forward. Once you make it, there are obstacle courses at the end to complete and a portal that takes you to an even tougher race against a speeding wall.
10 Sharkbite 2
In Sharkbite 2, you will need to survive against deadly sharks who will not hesitate to kill you. To survive, you can upgrade your boat and acquire a variety of weapons.

9 The Floor Is Lava
Another classic game come to life is The Floor Is Lava. In this game, you need to reach the highest point on the map by climbing rocks and buildings, or even going through obstacle courses to get to the top before the other players around you do.
There are bonuses to buy, like extra lives or building blocks to make the higher points even higher, but that won't save you if you can't make it past all the tricky situations the game puts you in. The thing you need to look out for the most is the other players around you that will purposefully try to push you off the top or stand on top of you.
8 Survive The Killer
Survive The Killer is a very well-made game that's to be a mix between Friday The 13th and Dead By Daylight. When playing the game, you can pick up items left on the ground that can later be sold for money, or if it's a chest, it can be opened up to get exclusive items like cosmetics or something to help you in upcoming games.
The maps are relatively small, but you can revive your teammates up to three times before they're permanently dead. Luckily, the game only makes you survive for around five minutes, meaning that if you can outrun the fast Jason-like killer, you can exit and win. Check out our codes for this game here.
7 Total Roblox Drama
Based on the hit Cartoon Network show Total Drama Island, Total Roblox Drama features all the islanders in the original series. Each game, you're split into teams based on how many players are in your lobby, and you compete in challenges to eventually whittle down everyone until it's a few people left.
Many of the challenges are obstacle courses or surviving events against other players. Many of these challenges aren't explained, so as a new player, you need to figure them out quickly or lose.
6 Apocalypse Rising 2
Next, we have Apocalypse Rising 2. This is a survival shooting game, filled with over 70 weapons that you can use to survive and defend yourself. Defending against what, you ask? The Infected, which are essentially zombies.
Compared to other survival games on Roblox, Apocalypse Rising 2 can be quite difficult, especially for newcomers. The first Apocalypse Rising is still available on Roblox, so you can give that a try too!
5 Squid Game
Another TV show made into a Roblox game is the top-rated show, Squid Game. Just like the TV show, you have to survive each round with classic games from the show like red light green light, tug of war, hopscotch, and many more, as well as games that can only work in a video game like passing the bomb.
One of the best parts about the Roblox Squid Game is the opportunity to become a guard or a player. As a player, you obviously play through the games until the end, but as a guard, you can do all the dirty work by eliminating players until the end. Check out our codes for Squid Game here.
4 Rainbow Friends
If you've ever wanted to be in a horror-themed Miss Frizzle field trip where monsters lure you into a scary theme park to collect items, Rainbow Friends nails it in every aspect. With several players in a game, you roam around a map avoiding monsters that become more active with every passing round after collecting items found around the map.
However, with most horror games, similar aspects always stick around, like hiding in lockers or crevices. Rainbow Friends also gives you a box so you can still walk around but can conceal yourself more. Some crevices even lead you to different levels and shortcuts to escape quickly.
3 Natural Disaster Survival
One of the most popular and classic games on the Roblox platform is Natural Disaster Survival, originating back in early 2008 when Roblox was still starting to grow as a place for games to be made and shared. This game has a straightforward goal: to survive disaster after disaster that the game sends your way, whether it be blizzards, tornados, flash floods, or even active volcanoes.
Additionally, you can have multiple disasters simultaneously. When placed on huge maps like the Roblox HQ, a military base, or a race track, it can be difficult to survive the multiple challenges sent your way as you have to constantly adapt to your environment to find protection as quickly as possible.
2 Booga Booga
Booga Booga is a classic survival game set in a tribal environment. As such, you will be able to join a tribe, craft, and survive. Back in 2017, Booga Booga first launched; this original version has since been shut down, but you can play the new version, created by Gang O' Fries Entertainment.

1 Zombie Rush
Lastly, we have Zombie Rush. This is a wave-based zombie survival game. Each wave, you will need to try your best to survive. To aid in your survival, you can level up to become stronger and get new weapons.
Zombie Rush is a bit of a classic, first launching in 2013. Since then, the game maintains popularity, and is definitely worth a try if you are a fan of zombie games.
