The Saints aren't just a criminal gang - they're a business empire. They prove this in 2022's Saints Row when they start buying up establishments in Santo Ileso. Admittedly, these aren't legitimate businesses, but the important thing is that they make money.
Yet, the boss isn't the type of leader to let everything else do the work. They get their hands dirty, too. Therefore, each criminal venture you purchase comes with a set of quests for you to complete, which helps out the business in some way. And several of these quests are actually really fun. Here's how to unlock them all.
How To Unlock Chop Shop
Jimrobs is the first venture you unlock in the game, as you get a stake in JR's business after completing the A Piece Of The Action mission. At the same time, you unlock the venture quests known collectively as Chop shop.
The concept of this one is pretty simple as JR informs you of cars he wants, and you steal them for him. Sometimes they'll be generic vehicles, while other times there is a specific target. Regardless, you need to head to the marked spots on the map, steal what he wants, and bring them back to Jimrobs.
How To Unlock Insurance Fraud
Insurance Fraud is among the most popular activities in Saints Row history. But it's not available from the start of this game. You first need to unlock the empire table by playing through the main story. When you do, you can acquire Shady Oaks for free, and Insurance Fraud serves as its venture quest.
If you've played the previous Saints Row games, you'll be aware of how Insurance Fraud works. You go out in the middle of traffic and try to get hit by as many cars as possible. The more damage you take, the better your score. Building up combos and your adrenaline help, too. To pass, you must reach the target score.
How To Unlock Toxic Waste
When you first gain access to the empire table, Bright Future is one of the criminal ventures you can get for free. It is a company that disposes of toxic waste for anyone who wants to be rid of the glowy stuff. As such, it comes with a set of aptly titled quests called Toxic Waste.
For this one, you need to go to indicated spots on the map, locate the truck that contains barrels filled with toxic waste, and drive it back to the disposal place. However, after you've done a few, you may see some toxic waste trucks driving around. You can also steal them and drive them back.
Naturally, the barrels are highly volatile, so you need to get back without making them all burst open by avoiding crashing. When one does open up, you must drive fast to stop the others from doing the same. You get paid for each barrel that survives the journey.
How To Unlock Food Truck Kingpin
Chalupacabra is among the first ventures you can acquire. It's another one that becomes available right after the game introduces you to the empire table. The establishment looks like a regular restaurant, but it actually peddles drugs. It isn't the only place like this, which is the catalyst for its venture quests, as you must steal rival food trucks.
To do so, you go to marked spots on the map and talk with your informant there. Then kill the people outside of the nearby food truck and steal it. Then you have to get it back to the Chalupacabra in one piece while being relentlessly chased by the enemy. When you deliver it, you and several Chalupacabra employees have to fight off the remaining enemies.
How To Unlock Dustlander Beacons
During the main mission named The Dustmoot, you get introduced to the world of live-action role-play. Afterward, you get the option of building the venture known as Castle Kraken to continue this plotline. With it, comes the Dustlander Beacon quests.
There are only two of these, and you can only complete them once. They task you with setting a few beacons alight and 'killing' the armies they alert. It's a LARP, so nobody actually gets hurt.
Both beacons are on the map. The Dust Storm one is to the east, on the border between Badlands North and South. The Phoenix one is further south, near the Starmadillo store. When you get to each one, you simply need to interact with them to set them ablaze and defeat the horde of enemies who attack.
How To Unlock Alpha Test
After building up your empire a bit and completing the Drawing Heat mission, you get some new venture options. One of them is called Eurekabator, which is an incubator where some bright, tech-savvy minds do their work.
With this venture comes the Alpha Test quests. In these, you test out different pieces of equipment, including an advanced hoverboard. Each quest varies as they're designed around the product you're testing. You just need to follow the instructions for each one.
How To Unlock Clean Up Crew
The Laundromat becomes available after the Drawing Heat mission. It functions like a regular laundromat, except the place also provides a service where it cleans up crime scenes before the police can find any incriminating evidence. You get involved during the Clean Up Crew venture quests.
They don't have you mopping up blood, but any time you go to an indicated point on the map, you get a call asking for help. Your way of assisting is to drive some important evidence away from the crime scene while avoiding the police. The place you have to drive to is clearly marked on the map. But watch out for the time limit.
How To Unlock Repossession
Another venture that becomes available once the Drawing Heat mission is done is Wuzyerz Repo. This is a company that provides repossession services for shady clients. It's not hard to guess what the venture quests are for this one. They're called Repossession, and they task with repossessing things.
So, you drive to the marked vehicles or items in a tow truck, attach yourself to whatever it is, and drive it back to the lot. It sounds easy, but there are often obstacles in your way. Whether they're things physically blocking you from getting to your target or people shooting you, you need to get past them.
How To Unlock Mayhem
After completing the Body Of Evidence mission, you get access to several new ventures. One of those is called The Big One. This is a business that sells heavy weaponry. The quests for it revolve around showcasing your stock to potential buyers.
You do that by blowing up everything around you with the weapon or vehicles provided. The more destruction you cause, the better score you receive. And combos increase that tally even further. The goal is to hit the target score to pass. If you've played the previous games, it'll be familiar as it's simply the classic Mayhem activity.
How To Unlock Jam Session
One of the ventures that become available after Body Of Evidence is the Kakts Radio. As the name suggests, this is a radio station. The guy working there can jam towers to limit how much backup your enemy can call. Naturally, though, he needs your help to accomplish that.
So, for the venture quest, you must fight an enemy faction long enough to raise your notoriety and kill their mini-boss. Doing so lets your ally figure out which towers need jamming and put their locations on the map.
You then must use a weather station or nearby roof to wingsuit to the top of those towers and perform wingsuit bounces off them.
For the fighting portion of the quest, you can initiate the battles anywhere by calling up the faction you want to fight. You may want to be in a tank or have some other strong firepower ready, as surviving till the mini-boss isn't easy.
How To Unlock Edith's Vision Journal
Once the Body Of Evidence mission is done, you can acquire the Cutting Edge business. It is a place for fashion run by controversial designer Edith Hunt. For the venture quest, she wants you to get her some materials.
To do so, you must go to the spots marked on the map and figure out what item you need to photograph using the clue on the map screen. When you've figured it out, simply take a picture of it, and that material is collected. To make things easier, this is the answer to each one:

How To Unlock Heist
To unlock Heists, you must buy the Let's Pretend venture, which becomes available after completing the Good Cop/Bad Cop mission. This business mainly sells costumes, but they also use their masks as disguises to rob places.
They're rookies, though, so these venture quests are about you showing them the ropes. To do so, you go to a location and call your contact. Then you take pictures of the target building. More specifically, you get shots of its security, cameras, and entrances.
Following that, you start the Heist. Your mentees enter the building while you wait outside and deal with any enemies that turn up. Once your crew is done, you serve as their getaway driver by getting out of there. At this point, you must stick close to the waypoint to lose your pursuers.
How To Unlock Fast Fashion
Planet Saints is a well-known clothing store from the previous games, but you need to buy it in this one. The chance to do so comes after you beat Good Cop/Bad Cop. However, when you purchase the place, its inventory is lacking. Therefore, it's up to you to bring in some stock as part of the venture quest.
As this is a criminal operation, you get the inventory by stealing trucks belonging to Bianca Colomba. The vehicles will appear on your mini-map as white truck logos. You need to hijack them and bring the stock back to Planet Saints.
It's a little difficult to get the trucks to stop without blowing them up. You have to try and kill the driver without messing up the vehicle, which is harder when cops appear to chase you down.
How To Unlock Protection Racket
The First Strike Dojo is among the last group of ventures you can buy as it becomes an option after the Good Cop/Bad Cop mission. The Saints buy this establishment because it's a way to train up their crew. Yet, there's also a business element. A rival group is running a successful protection racket in the city, and the Saints want in on the action.
So, for the venture quest, you must go to the spots marked on the map, activate the banner, and test the other group's protection skills. To be more specific, you have to beat up groups of martial artists with the weapon you're provided to show the client that they deserve better.
