What does the world’s best Dota 2 team do after winning The International two years in a row? Collab with a gaming chair company and make a super cool seat.

Secretlab is a gaming chair company that provides premium seating for esports tournaments and professionals. Team OG are the undisputed rulers of Dota 2’s competitive scene. It’s only natural that these two would get together to create an even more premium gamer chair with OG’s name on it. Consider this the esports equivalent of getting a basketball shoe named after you.

There's no doubt in my mind that OG deserves to have their name on a chair. The team won The International 2018 and last August's International 2019, becoming the first esports team in history to win The International in back-to-back victories.

To celebrate this historic achievement, Secretlab created the #DreamOG Edition Gaming Chair. Based on the 2020 Series, the #DreamOG Edition features all of the 2020 Series’ improvements but with special additions to make it clear which Dota 2 team is your favorite.

First, the whole chair is a deep shade of navy-blue that matches Team OG's colors. OG's logo is tastefully embroidered on the backrest while two Aegis icons--one for each The International win--sits on the chair's right shoulder.

That hexagonal tile pattern on either side of the backrest isn't just to mimic OG's logo but to also "illustrate the strong bond between the organization, players, and fans" by bearing a similar look to chemical bonds. Nevermind mind that hexagonal structure is just a contrivance for university textbooks to ease in understanding--it looks cool, and I'm into it.

The #DreamOG Edition also has all the fine features of the 2020 Series, including a full-length adjustable tilting backrest, a pair of full-metal 4D-adjustable armrests, Prime 2.0 PU leather that's up to 4 times more durable than regular leather, and SoftWeave fabric that is as soft as it is woven.

OG team captain Johan "N0tail" Sundstein said that this chair "resonates deeply with us at OG," and that their partnership with Secretlab "will take our entire organization—including our OG Seed and CS:GO rosters—to the next level."

If nothing else, it’ll give them some cool chairs. Pricing hasn't been announced, but you can register interest on Secretlab's website.
