The sequel to 2016's Shadow Warrior 2 is what people expect from a Shadow Warrior game. The gameplay trailer also featured a grappling hook, which players can use to move around the map and use to grab objects to destroy enemies. The game also has a variety of movement options, like air dashing, double jumping, and wall running.
The story of Shadow Warrior 3 has Lo Wang and his sidekick, Orochi Zilla, tracking down and capturing a dragon that they accidentally released on the world. Along the way, Wang will have to kill a bunch of demons. The game seems to take big inspirations from the Doom reboot, as they have the players fight demons in the open battle arenas where the player is encouraged to keep moving. The game is visually appealing with bright colors and a lot of blood.
