Balgruuf the Greater is a man who lives up to his name. As the Jarl of Whiterun, his first priority has always been the safety of his people, and he strives for it throughout the events of the game. He is the first Jarl you meet as the Dragonborn, and not only does he heed your warnings, but also sends soldiers to help you take down your first dragon. He is a noble man, who will go down in the annals as one of the greatest Jarls to have ever lived. Meanwhile, Nazeem is a stuck up twat who deserved to be Fus Ro Dah-ed off The Throat of the World.
And yet, for some inconceivable reason, someone has created a mod that makes Nazeem the Jarl of Whiterun, and gives the role of town-asshole to Balgruuf. Creator, TactWithMolag hasn't given a reason why he has created this cursed mod. Perhaps they felt bad for all the hate that Nazeem has been getting over the years and wanted to redeem him in some way. However, based on the creator's name, it's evident that this is some kind of twisted joke.
The mod is simply named Nazeem and Bagruuf Switch Jobs, but it does more than that. It also switches their race, making Nazeem a Nord and Balgruuf a Redguard. I personally don't think that I'm ready for Balgruuf to talk down to me about never visiting the Cloud District. I'm also not ready to follow Nazeem into battle, as the years of hate have thoroughly exhausted any scope of respecting the man.
Don't worry though, there are still plenty of mods out there which will help you take out your frustration on Nazeem. For one, you can gun him down with rifles, thanks to this mod. Each of them even have their own lore and fit into the world of Skyrim. However, if killing him once isn't enough, you can simply turn every NPC in Skyrim into Nazeem and go on an absolute rampage. If you're still not satisfied, this next mod is sure to quench your bloodlust. You can literally turn Nazeem into a weapon and use him in combat.
