WWE Champions is celebrating its fourth anniversary by adding Snoop Dogg to its roster of 250+ Superstars. This marks the first time Snoop Dogg has ever appeared in a WWE title and the first celebrity crossover for WWE Champions.

The collaboration seems to have come out of leftfield, but it turns out Snoop Dogg is a huge WWE fan. “The Doggfather is ready to get in the game,” said Snoop Dogg. “Having the chance to be part of WWE Champions combines two things I love: gaming and WWE. Join me in the ring with some of my WWE favorites like Ric Flair, DX, and of course my cousin Sasha Banks. If you’re a WWE fan, you’ve got to catch me in WWE Champions.”

Beyond joining the game's roster, Snoop will also be acting as the "in-game master of ceremonies for WWE Champions' fourth-anniversary celebration taking place throughout the month of February." Scopely is calling it the largest celebration ever seen in the game, and will give players a chance to earn some limited-time prizes from the Snoop Dogg prize vault. There will also be new daily bonuses for logging in during the event.

As if that weren't enough, all WWE Champions matches will now take place in a new location – a special, rooftop party-themed arena located on a helipad.

WWE Champions' fourth anniversary will run through the entire month of February, with Snoop Dogg leading the charge. The game is available for free on both iOS and Android.
