Back 4 Blood, a new zombie co-op shooter from Turtle Rock Studios, has officially been with us for one day — yet some enthusiasts have already managed to beat it. In fact, one person managed to complete the whole game in less than two hours — one hour and 43 minutes to be precise.

An incredible (and very fast) achievement was shared by a speedrunner nicknamed Maxylobes on YouTube, where they shared tips that might help you to shake up your progress with Back 4 Blood. Despite some players being disappointed with the game's solo progression systems, that didn't stop Maxylobes from nailing the campaign solo, including a very intense third act.

According to Maxylobes, he got early access to the full version of the zombie-slaying game and spent a few days working on his playthrough to find the most efficient ways to complete it in under two hours. His Back 4 Blood walkthrough ended up being very chaotic, but very fun, nevertheless. Still, enthusiast believes the current run "isn't super optimal, but it's pretty good" for what the YouTuber was trying to achieve in two days.

Most likely, he'll continue experimenting with the game to get even more spectacular results over time, and now — since Back 4 Blood is finally out for all players — he won't be doing it alone. Check out the full video here:

Back 4 Blood seems to have a pretty good start on Steam, reaching over 55,000 concurrent players on the platform according to SteamDB. However, we don't know how many players tried the shooter via Game Pass, where the title is available for both PC and console from day one. Presumably, the devs will announce the exact stats later on.

Turtle Rock's latest project is currently gathering some positive reviews from major outlets — you can check right here what critics think of the game. And don't forget to read TheGamer review by our lead editor Sam Watanuki, who happens to be a Left 4 Dead fan, and believes that "Back 4 Blood picks up right where Turtle Rock left off nearly 12 years ago, feeling like an elevated and enhanced version of Left 4 Dead that both newcomers and longtime fans can enjoy."
