Earlier this month, a new leak from Sony revealed it had a new range of gaming hardware in the works - three new headsets and a couple of monitors. While at that point in time details were pretty slim, we now know a bunch more info about these pieces of tech now that the company has made its official announcement.

First revealed by The Washington Post, Sony has confirmed it has three headsets and two monitors in production that will make up a new brand called Inzone, named after the immersive feeling gamers get when they're "in the zone." Both monitors vary in price quite a bit, as the more expensive option will have a 4K display with a 144-hertz refresh rate that will set you back $899. The cheaper option will only have a 1080p display with a 240-hertz refresh rate but is significantly easier on your wallet at $529. Both of these monitors will launch later this year, the former as early as this summer.

As for the headsets, they'll also come in a variety of prices. The most pricey of the three will cost $299 and comes with noise cancellation and synthetic leather, but there's a cheaper option that costs $229 if you're willing to forfeit these features. There's also a much cheaper $99 pair of headphones available if you're looking for a new set on the cheap, but be aware they are wired whereas the other two sets are wireless.

You shouldn't feel left out if you're a PS5 owner either as these new products are also designed to fit well with the system itself, with features such as screen color optimization. Both monitors will also include a switcher that will allow players to use a single keyboard and mouse to switch between PC and PS5 seamlessly for games that actually do support them.

Most PlayStation fans will be aware that Sony has upped its interest in PC gaming over the past few years, releasing a number of previously exclusive titles like Horizon Zero Dawn and God of War on PC. It has also shown no sign of stopping the PC ports just yet either, as it recently announced that Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered and Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves will also be headed to Steam, the latter of which is rumored to launch this October.
